TLDR: She's the same as Shiranui, relatively slow attacks and movement speed with explosive damage on skills.
Weapons: Her pay pig weapon is so much better than any other weapon it should be illegal. Her 2nd best is her SR which increases basic attack. Her gacha weapon is okay. Her rebellious weapon is best with Wedding Annerose supporter to confirm crits.
Supporters: If you 5/5 her paypig weapon any color you'd like. The Lan supporter makes skill looping a bit easier so I'd recommend green. If you use her SR weapons then I'd recommend Blue and Butler Asagi, the speed boost makes her normal attacks useful.
Overall: Stick to skill damage or general damage buffs and she's a freight train. The more skills you use, the more sand clones you get the more damage you do. I want her to get a butterfly weapon, which would eliminate any flaws I have with her.

The buff doesn't expire and it's the largest supporter attack buff. So if you're in a stage for 1 minute she's getting a 60% attack buff (and a 60% damage demerit). The only other supporter that gives that much of a buff is Fuyutsuki Kururi who can give about 56% damage buff for 90 seconds. Most normal supports only give 30%.
She's also bait for characters like Lapis, because she auto heals 8% when damaged. Lapis can be built for HP in a VR or a multi-deploy situation get hit with that 60% demirit, heal 8% which should be enough to full heal everyone else.

That would mean you would have to sacrifice using her paypig weapon, wouldn't it? There are others to boost speed, but they are very hard to come by. The first limited Azusa support boosts human speed, but it's blue, and people who missed it probably have to go fishing in the exchange facility. Second, there is that supporter formation which boost speed for assist characters but two of the supporters on it are limited (you can get Feli from the archive) meaning more fishing from the exchange facility. They are alternatives to the speed situation than a butterfly weapon but ideally I think the best thing for Lan would be a green speed supporter over a new weapon.

The supporter has a high chance of being good since most of the pack limited supporters are, but as for the weapon...It depends on what skill it buffs. Rinko's red skill is already taken by another old limited weapon (Inocencia Blue), so that would leave her blue skill and green skill. The green skill is pretty effin bad considering:
1. At three green supports, It buffs crit rate which is useless in VR mode, it's not a damage modifier so it will do little dps in total war, and it's a charge and release skill meaning it will be terrible for AIs to control, also meaningan instant death if Rinko decideds to use it at the wrong moment.
The blue skill, meteor impact, being buffed by the new weapon would be the ideal outcome.
