I didn't watch that one, but they had vtubers show off the DL Sevens World before its launch and they were pretty bad at it too even though the RDL launch card pool was basic as hell. I can't imagine dropping an unprepared streamer onto Master Duel would go well.

Do we have any Maximums where you can pick the R/L pieces from multiple cards or we haven't gone there yet? Kinda like anime Machine Emperors in 5Ds.

All of Go Rush revolved around him and he served as a good antagonist to Yudias, since their ideals were basically the same but Otes proved that replacing violence with card games didn't really change anything and there was still war. The final duel with him morphing into every version of himself from different universes was also cool. And the final duel's gimmick was great. Fujos may not like him, but he was a good final villain.

do you think ship of seven treasures is good here? its a good way to discard fear for draw 2 which roadstar can revive but most of the time thats -1 unlike usual decks that runs it (i.e dice and legend) which has 6-8 lv 7s

like i used it here to make a point but what you're supposed to do is keep it in hand until the coast is clear (it will be because your opponent will be exhausted clearing your other bullshit) and then use it to make sevensgias who is like a 6000+ attack double attacker basically guaranteed to otk.

Why shouldn't I just run Quaking Mirror Force instead of Normal Mirror Force? The opponent has already committed his turn and a ton of things have protection nowadays. I'm trying to think of any genuinely common situations where I would prefer to run the OG. Getting rid of stuff is nice but it seems like every other boss can't be destroyed.

mills 2 cards and if one of them is level 6 or lower i can summon it. i have 23 monsters that fulfill that condition.
on the off chance she doesn't mill a monster that means she probably milled a ritual spell which is often just as good.

Hopefully with rush anime ending they stop introducing new summoning methods to rush.

It's a triangle format between Sevens Road, Light and Dark Galaxy. Light Galaxy is supposedly the best deck but Sevens Road is the least expensive/most popular one that's easiest to pilot, with an absurd skill that's usable basically every turn.

It's a mobile game, so you gotta lower the bar. That said, RDL sure is moving at a fast pace through skill decay. We went from "gain 600 attack" to "ignore this deck's mechanic" straight to "tap the yellow button to receive all your combo pieces for free" in record time. Pretty soon we'll be in "sniff glue and play your boss monster straight from the extra deck onto the field" territory. I think that the reason the Vector skill is like that is because of Admiration of the Thousands and not because of Umbral Horror. Umbral Horror would have been easy to fix with skills by simply allowing you to manipulate levels and maybe give you a free search to get started. Skills even made Ghostrick playable, so anything is possible. The real reason for that Vector skill is Admiration of the Thousands. That card is the most anime card ever printed and being an N would be too good for it. But thanks to this skill, they can make it a UR in a main box.

A Rush MD at the current point in time would really only work if they were to give up on the game existing in a physical capacity entirely, and they very clearly still intend on selling product in Japan and Korea. A 5 year backlog isn't enough to sustain content in a live service game unless they start pumping out batches of digital only cards. Duel Masters has gotten away with printing some digital first cards that later get printed irl, but it has maybe 5 digital only cards per set release

In terms of power, Sevens Road is still probably better than full power Gaia, but yes, relative to everything else around it at the time, Gaia was more troublesome. Having more decent backrow saves the current meta from being the worst, or tied for the worst, yet

In terms of the actual plays, Yuga + Luke vs Goha Yuga. That combo was pretty nuts. But the final duel between Luke and Yuga was definitely the most unique. I can't believe they got away with making that duel with no holograms. And I really loved how Yuga was so chill while Luke was being so over-the-top.

That way, you'll have one build that uses Gigantomachia, Protostar and Apocalypse as their main fusions and Chrysaor becomes more attuned to a Tyrfing build or something else. At the very least, the highroll becomes Apocalypse blowouts over that + the fear if Chrysaor multi-attacks

I only played 3 games the last day since I comfortably got to around 13k with vanilla DG the first two days. As usual I'm too cowardly to try and cook on the last day but I climbed to Gold 5 with it afterword and it's been a blast. Although my list is basically the standard DG list but with Oblivion instead of Requiem and no other light monsters. It is much easier to fusion climb or proc DHD when you can search Fusion meaning you only need to hard draw Prophet. You can't pitch DHD any more but the ability to do DHD -> Secret Order makes up for it and is also hilariously lulzy. Puts Dragonic Order to shame.
Secret Order also makes it easier to swarm the board even if you don't get Fusions, and cutting Elysium makes the deck vastly less bricky so I wouldn't be surprise if it gains traction among more DG players.

I got very lucky, drawing into the high level dragons very often exactly when I needed them, and talismanic Seal Array really helped me out with OTKs
Many duels just ended in turn 3 or 4. The general pattern was I set 3 turn one, Yuga almost kills me with piercing, I kill him with Miragiastar F

Finalize Phoneix sounds super situational. Methyl is pretty much a Pyro version of Seahorse Carrier, so that's probably good. I think we'll get new pyro cards in the next box. Maybe we'll get some fusions. But that's probably going to come out at the end of the month with the Yuka event.
