Although to fully understand the meaning you need to know a bit about Star Rail. Letting aside technical names like Emanator or the Garden since they can be searched easily in google, the thing about the mirror of the garden is explained a bit at the beginning of Amphoreus with Himeko IIRC saying that for a planet to be reflected in the mirror there needs to be at least 3 emanators.
So basically the only meaning of that sentence is that Kiana is equivalent to 3 emanators, at least.
Usually the EN translation is pretty bad but that chapter was specially bad since it seems like the translator didn't play HSR and didn't know about the translation of certain names which were fixed in a patch a few days after the release of the chapter. Tho I would blame Hoyo for not sending a list with the special names to the translators.

It's just so sweet reading posts like this today, thanks OP. I remember when P2 came out and the doomposters were on steroids. Anyone who said something remotely positive or even simply stated that they'd be patient to see what Hoyo is cooking and don't mind sticking with the game got called names, downvoted to oblivion... I remember people calling others to quit the game over the most outrageous reasons amongst which were some I saw and responded to personally:
"We will never have another animated short, the game is dying let's quit" seriously? Leaving a game you've played for years and spent 500+ euros on that is still ongoing because of something that isn't even certain?
"The powercreeping is crazy in this game, how dare they replace 4-year old HoR with Thelema?" Yes, people called for a boycott of the game because fossil Valkyries like HoR and HoF got replaced by Lantern and Thelema.
"P1 gacha was replaced, I miss pulling the gear supply 40 times and getting off rates! I don't care if P2 is rumored to be better we should quit!" self-explanatory in its stupidity.
"No APHO 3 and no [insert the name of a super niche Valkyrie here], you're dumb to still play this!" Imagine asking everyone to quit over a fever dream and because there's no new Vodka Girls battle suit..
Now that even the content creators who were dubious are 100% back in the game because Hoyo keeps making the game better and the story has really picked up (Homulabs' Helia video is just stellar!), the fomo on all the people who left because they couldn't think for themselves is showing, since most of the doomposters either stood corrected or simply swallowed their pride once they saw the game picking up and haven't been posting vitriol ever since.

I think the game is fine, but I'm treating it as a virtual stamp collection these days and mostly work on backfilling old gear from part 1. It's grindy, full of chinkisms, and the story is not particularly good imo, which means its just like any other gacha game.

I wish part 2 was more than just an appeasement piece to lure the new people they caught from HSR and GI. It took them a year to partially undo the damage the 2024 reboot caused. If only they could write characters that are not safe, dumbed down and actually have their own distinct quirks like with Kiana being a junkfood addict rapist, Bronya being rude, and Seele being schizophrenic. HSR's notoriety and popularity is dragging HI3 along with it and it's so frustrating to watch. They almost changed Sparkle's script namecalling Aventurine as a space gypsy because of a minority of retards who can't separate fiction with reality. I wish HI3 maintains its own distinct otaku identity without being dragged by its normalfag riajuu friendly spin-offs.

To explain a bit about the lore behind all of this:
One day, a calamity dragon(unknown name) arrived to Sena's planet with a plage. This plague should have destroyed Sena's world. The thing is that before it was completely destroyed, the calamity dragon dropped one of his scales to the world which gave immortality to a few survivors(this immortality includes regeneration). Nahralab, the calling star dragon, arrived to Sena's planet because she was attracted due to the calamity dragon.
Everything went back to normal after that, however war began to happen because of the lack of resources so it was easier to steal from the others, even if it was war remember that they were immortal so those who had immortality never died technically.
For 500 years of war, Sena kept persisting since Nana said that one day they would win and Sena didn't want it to end for nothing, but one day Nana told Sena that the war will never end and Sena gave up and asked Nana to bring her to a different planet to start a new civilization.
But when she left the Eternity Planet, her clock started going backwards which eventually led her to her death.
