They do yeah but you can also heal more than fine without putting points into healing so you may as well level as DPS and switch to a healing spec nearer 60 when it actually warrants it

That being said I've levelled every healing class as a pure healing spec and had a lot of fun but there's a bit of autism RP going on there for me, it is a lot slower though.

Well thats just because Blizzard made mage the mary sue class in lore. Medivh, Khadgar, and Jaina alone could end the world if they wished. They needed to be powerscaled back a bit. Gul'dan was the only notably powerful character horde side. Alliance had lore power, but when it came to WoW they just got cucked by a bunch of sub 60 iq invader warriors on the Horde.

I dont see how it's going to kill Turtle though. Classic has some special needs players but nothing like pservers. It's a big reason why I tend to avoid private servers now. They are free which means they attract more browns and underage or just legit underdeveloped people.

Paladins struggle hardcore with threat, even into late game. They good AoE but that's about the best the niche gets for them. Single target, they get no-diffed by warrior and druid. Even in most AoE situations, a druid can manage it better than a Paladin unless it's 4+ which is meaningless.

Druid Tanks have it easy dude, we have so much tailor made gear for us. Grab your Windfury boots, get your Wolf head Helm Enchant and throw the crowd pummeler in the trash, we have some life to live.

Cats are also just faster rogue and do great damage. Even without using bleeds, I can flex on a Rogue easily. Imagine having a button that just puts you at 60 energy any time you want. That's what power shifting is. It's one single GCD that can you macro onto a button and press for 60 energy. I tried leveling a rogue and it felt so slow in comparison, it sucked.

Being a druid in Turtle WoW rocks man.

They made it an on-hit effect which is useless for Druid. They instead added a bunch of haste gear which is Bear's best stat. The rest of the damage lost was made up for by talents that increase your attack speed through various means. It feels great. I love both cat and bear. I'm my guilds main tank and it's been awesome.

They literally just fly up to Astraanar then combine the FP with the rest of the network. That's how all FP work. Between that outpost and Astranaar is the only "custom" FP. That Azshara FP is critical for getting around Kalimdor and always has been. Not getting it takes some FP's from 4 minutes to 12. It's stupid. but that's how the game has always been.

Comparatively. Yeah, everything in Turtle is viable and that's awesome, but DPS also scales up with gear and Paladins are the closest to "falling behind" which itself is a stretch.

Overall it's pretty good. It has it's strengths (Able to handle Large AoE packs better than anyone) and weaknesses (No DR, squishiest tank until geared) but overall it's totally viable. Your T1 set is nice but it's the most expensive set right now.

Do Stormwind Vaults for some good starting gear. Lots of plate with Defense + Spell power. Kara10 also has a good amount of Paladin Tank gear. BE sure to get a shield spike and keep Holy Shield up at all times like in WotLK. Crusader Strike is a scam not worth your time, always Holy Strike.
