Alright, seems like I just finished romancing Alana. Few things to note here:
1. Building your relationship with her is set on a timer, you pretty have to wait for a while before she has something new to say in order to progress it
2. There doesn't seem to be a traditional marriage system tied to her, instead you'll later get a scene where you can commit to one another and have both her parents and the people working at Everbright bear witness to it
3. It doesn't appear that she can sleep with you once everything's said and done, so no Lover's Embrace buff can be gained from her
4. Andreja is not bothered by you being in a relationship with her
5. She does not appear in the Unity
6. There's an option to break up with her, but it appears to be broken
