Are you retaining your main class for wubby or are you going to main something else? Personally as someone who has been primarily an honestcraft player since 2017, I'm considering making the jump to Rune now that they are going so far as to mechanically buff Spellboost. The idea of making the strongest mechanic in Shadowverse even stronger is too outrageous. It's clear that 0 cost spam is the way KMR intended the game to be played.

I'm surprised people are saying that daria's spell is worse than dshift, it looks potentially stronger to me. my main reasoning is that you don't need it to spellboost it as much, even if you play it as soon as it costs your total pps it minimally puts you into a strong position (spellboosted hand + full pps to play it) whereas a full cost dshift when you can't dump your hand basically just drew you a card and spellboosted. it's true that in terms of closing out the game you're much more tied down to your boardspace compared to dshift, since you don't have bonus attacks anymore, but it's easy to imagine cards that don't make this a problem, and in fact evo kuon is already 5 storm per occupied board slot which is on the right ratio to otk

A 5 card hand spellboosted 5 times can be good, but it's not really game winning. Most wincons need to be spellboosted more than that, and it's a bit late to be playing ogler equivalents

I don't think this launch is going to be anywhere near as fun as the first. The base knowledge level of the playerbase is already too high. Since the game isn't making any fundamental shifts everyone already basically knows how to play it's just seeing how the cards lay out and meta will solidify in no time and it will be just like nothing ever changed.

Not really aggro is annoying but can run out of steam really fast except for the last few expacs. Control is annoying as well but didn't really dominate the ladder because It's really boring to play. I'd say ladder was actually pretty diverse the main problem with SV1 later on was the amount of board clear and healing every class had.
