I’ve been thinking for a while, and I’ve just now thought of something to add; another character.

My idea is Sleaze the Fox. An immoral, corrupt douchebag that has all the charm in the world. Scams, fake business dealings, fraud, and gambling is the norm to how he makes his millions. He’s contacted her multiple times to place a hit, and has also been the subject of hits himself. She just kept him alive for her own gain. However, after her attack, she begins to rethink everything.

I have no idea on a design for him yet, and I have no idea if any of this will stay. It may change, it may be dropped entirely. What do you guys think?

Yeah it really is a problem with this IP, Sega wants Eggman to both be threatening and silly, dude has caused all sorts of damage in their games, oddly not a whole lot in animated material from them like the OVA and X where as the west it's a whole different story for shows that weren't the scratch and grounder cartoon, the freedom fighter one, underground, prime, all western based all treated Eggman as a legitimate threat, the comics even moreso, Fleetway, Archie and even IDW to the extent they're allowed to treat Eggman as a threat that needs to be killed even the movies do it as Sonic in the first one absolutely tried to kill him and in the second one went for kill shots and in the third I haven't watched yet, A Shadow that doesn't say Chaos Control is not shadow to me, plus no biolizard i heard they did maria well tho not just by making sure she was a white blonde blue eyed girl but by showcasing just how her death not only fucked up Shadow but also Gerald and to some extent Eggman.

Eventually IDW is gonna have to start including Sage in it, but how can they protray her accurately she's 100 percent loyal to Eggman and will kill if she really feels she has to but sega never showed her actually doing evil stuff for the joy of it can you imagine her making the classic shadowed eggman face?

I hope all of these crossovers and mangas are helping Sonic, especially in Japan, because it would be a real shame if the newer game sales stayed roughly the same or perhaps even went down

Classic Sonic is in the game. His car is designed like a motobug and his hoverboard is designed like the Jawz enemy, but uses the Sonic colors designs for easy asset reuse.

Additionally, there is a reason why I and other leakers can only talk about vehicles and that is because those are created first before the character is implemented into the game. For example, Sage's Giganto car was created before she was playable in earlier versions of the game. This is also true for Blaze and is also the case for Whisper.
