If you mean the one in your image, I never finished it the full way. It can be cheated and finished in a few rounds by killing all the enemies at the start without progressing further which spawns more. When they're all killed the stage just ends.

Well, just do what they tell ya too and put the party members glowing with light on the light tiles, the ones wreathed in shadow on the shadow tiles, and hit the boss with the light party members to decrease the shadow stacks and vice versa if it has light stacks and you should win no problem. Hit mobs, stand in right spot, hit boss, win. If this isn't happening then idk mane. The one time the boss gave me trouble was the first time it was introduced, for some reason I had way more light than it had shadow, which is supposed to reflect its cutscene attack and do insane damage to itself, but it just...didn't. Rewound, tried a few times, doublechecked I wasn't doing anything wrong, but it did that like 2 or 3 times. Then I just tried again and it all worked the way it was supposed to and it kept working fine when it returned in later fights. So it can be a bit finicky, you can always try again later.

Finally got all the Fantasy 2 cards, now to find out what the ch2 nightmares are like. I'm kinda overwhelmed by the sheer number of card choices and also how they interact with the corruption mechanics. For example, I have one card that boosts all my units' atk/def by 10% for every 5 stacks of that hassle corruption stuff, but at 5 stacks it's giving me a -10% atk/def penalty, already negating the card and then it debuffs me further at 8 stacks so idk how it's supposed to work. Guess I'll just equip whatever cards don't put me at 5 stacks for now.

I've been doing 6 runs of each but did a couple extra today and got a card that would have been really helpful for nightmare 6. Doing 100%/maxing meditation level makes the stages a lot easier

Maybe the final nightmares are tough enough you want all he rare cards otherwise I'm guessing you don't need 100% to get everything in the shop.

Yep, 100%'d it and no worries about the cap. Even though the game says you won't gain more exp, you do in the background because when they raised the cap, I instantly jumped multiple levels to the next cap after my next battle.
Besides, cards aside you still need to grind if you want to clear the shop of its very nice goodies.
Maybe just treat it like a standard stamina event and pop a couple runs on a Fantasy stage every day, it's easy to auto in a couple of turns.

That was the 4th imprint batch on CN/TW, the sig weapons for Ayishah, Afra and SP Inanna, so it's something that was already in a version of the game in some form. Lufti came before Ayishah for them, but didn't get his sig on release over there. This'll likely be what global gets too, SP Inanna should be after Afra's banner to coincide with the final chapter of her weird SoD route/event releasing. But who knows, that might not be final and they could swap things around at the last minute and change that imprint pack like they did when Lufti's sword was in the image of a pack on the test server then he got shuffled away for Ayishah. With how debuts have been going is there any reason to summon in anything other than debut? It could even be argued that holding off as long as you can is the best strategy. Sure, the meta character might be great, but the one next year will be much better! The EOS character will be the best!

Even for a brand new player, who'd be almost guaranteed a new legendary with standard, what's the point of having 20 bad legendaries versus 1 great one?

So, does it even matter if the debut are missed and can't get them ever in practical terms, because the newest are the best.

Maybe we can even pretend there will be lot of new players who join just to get the best character of the moment.

Then there's the "free characters", which has always been an absurd idea. It doesn't make any sense to give them away for free. Most likely they just won't ever be released. The banners are 100% about making money. They will be ordered by maximum profit. Any other character that doesn't financially perform well will be cut. They have the lead time in global to do so.

This. People are still using some launch units, including me. I'm also still using Auguste as my biggest damage stick, even though I pulled the two dps that were supposed to powercreep him into irrelevancy: Tristan and Estra. Maybe I'm too much of a brainlet, but Auguste can attack 4 times in a turn, which always seems to be better than Estra popping her ult on one guy, maybe not even killing, then waiting for it to come off to cooldown for one more pop and Tristan, who does nothing outside of her limited berserk state, so she's often wasting initial turns while I get her into the best position to use that very limited but good damage she does. Auguste just comes out swinging 4 times on turn one and wiping multiple enemies. Looking forward to Camelot, maybe that'll finally make me bench my big stick.

I went with Luvata because I wanted to avoid the scorch damage with her teamwide buff but as it's dispeleable (why, shit's not fair) most of my units lost it very early and she ended up not being that useful because THEY are also scorch immune and her damage suffers quite a bit because of that
I probably would have had an easier time using Cocoa instead of Luvata to help keep everyone healthy and buffing crit/damage

I don't know if this'll help anyone else, but in my experience of countless thousands of stamina spent, Star Trial I barely ever gives pink stars while Star Trial II has a much better chance of pink, being roughly even with blue and green unlike Trail I which is almost always red and yellow.

Estra's basic attack ignores shields and does a surprising amount of damage. Combo it with SP Safi's trump card ult to make Estra use it again outside of her own turn and buff her up and you should be able to kill Team Meteor in the first 2 turns, 3 turns at most.

I never bothered to 5* her, still used her well for a few months and it was not from lacking the other high performers of that time (so Beryl and I guess up to Auguste-Homa)
her effectiveness must have depended more upon which of her supports you did have (Inanna, Edda) than which of her competition you didn't. In the first voyage of discovery event she complemented alert builds very well even with just 1-2 upgrades focusing on her, of course nowadays you could do the long range route in discovery, pick all upgrades for her and stuff her fat ass with supports and she would still underperform compared to new characters but that's powercreep for you
