It's interesting that the future update will involve business fronts for money laundering, but they should really turn on access to the businesses that are already supposed to be attached to our existing businesses. How many of our cargo warehouses have dead front ends that we can only see from the outside? I was sitting just under 50 mil, now sitting at 46 after buying a few Special Vehicles while they're on sale. Since I don't play this game as religiously as I used to, I only ever save up enough at any given time from freemode grinds for the next DLC instead of buying random vehicles that I wouldn't even touch except for the rare car/air show then wind up with nothing when the DLC drops.

The big heist you can solo is cayo perico, accessed through the kosakta submarine available from warstock. It's still one of the best ways to farm money, even after numerous nerfs. I also recommend getting the sparrow for the sub, great for getting the prep work done quick and is a quick heli summon that's consistently close to you.
Two of the smaller ones are cluckin bell raid and Oscar guzman flies again. Which aren't exactly heists, but function much the same.
Cluckin bell you start by going by going to the V at vespucci police station and has you raid a drug operation at the factory in Paleto bay., you probably won't know Vincent, but he appears in the casino story line, which also is canonically before the raid.
Oscar Guzman has you steal a notAC130 which is accessed by buying the McKenzie Field hangar.
Both these have the mechanic of letting you exit missions before getting all objectives or get all to have more stuff for the final mission.
Finally, what I'd also call mini heist facilities is the auto shop, salvage yard and garment factory.
All three give you access to a handful of mini heists, auto shop have rotating set of jobs that focuses on speed(read: escaping police by hiding in a hole/on a hill), salvage yard focuses on stealing cars that with 3 set ones each week that you can then sell, salvage and sometimes claim for yourself(this has not happened a single time this year), and lastly garment factory which are 4 set mini heist(each week one is selected to have double pay and can only be done once) that have 3 preps each and take like 30-40 minutes to complete.
All of these can be played with others, but none of them require it.

So there's the Chicken Raid, which you can do without buying anything, that's the V on the map.
There's the new Oscar Guzman plane heist, you need to buy the aircraft hangar in Grapeseed. I think it's about 1.4 million?
There's the obvious Cayo Heist, I'd recommend saving extra money for the Sparrow, just because of how annoying it is to get to the submarine.
The Agency lets you do the Contract, which isn't really a heist, but it pays like one. That's around 1.4 to 2.6 million depending on location
The Salvage yard has mini heists where you steal 3 cars every week, it's VERY limited by the weekly cooldown.
The Autoshop has several mini heists that pay abysmal, but have only minutes of cooldown.
The Darnell building has 4 mini heists that every week rotate between paying double and not being replayable.
The Bail Office has simple missions that rotate daily, but pay terribly.
There's also a couple of story missions, the casino and first dose/last dose. They are a set of 6 missions that pay well on first playthrough.
Casino has the entry fee of the penthouse, first and last dose are free to start, R on the map which then becomes the D on max.
I think that's all the solo stuff that you can do that has any "meat" to it.

This is almost too easy, even if the NPCs spawn they only try to shoot at you leaving the car fine unless it gets at a bad angle.
Also a fun fact, if you park an iron mule on a bridge after having released the hook and then enter a building, the hook will hang below the bridge, preventing you from taking off properly.

Raiju is already one of the most agile planes.

Pyro is probably the only one a bit more agile, but since it doesn't have explosive MG I never use it.

Also the raiju is fun if you try and hover slam your landings. I enjoy timing my transition to VTOL mode juuuuuust in time so i don't explode on impact.

The Starling and Seabreeze and is probably what I'd call fun to simply fly of the ones I have.
LF-22 Starling being a fighter based on that old nazi germany design which I believe is most known for dousing several of it's pilots in fuel that they were completely unable to put out. It sports jet boost take off, and just jet boost in general. It's comically slow without it and crazy fast with it, it recharges slowly in the air, and quickly if you land. Landing might be tricky though since it's essentially a jet motorbike.
The Seabreeze is also a lighter plane, but sports two seats, can land on water and takes off and lands pretty easily, even from water. Only front gun and bombs though.
I do want to mention the Tula too, which might be the most multifunctional vehicle in the game, seating up to 5 players, has jet booster take off, is a vtol propeller plane, has aquatic landing, bombs, a strong pilot gun and a rear turret. Only thing it doesn't have is missiles. It's my go to for doing missions with some friends, great for dropping them down at places and doing pick ups in tighter spots.

Rockstar will never restore San Fierro and Las Venturas to the San Andreas Map.

I don't know what to tell you, I've had maybe 4 raids on my MC businesses since they were a thing. I pay zero attention to it and I'm pretty much never a MC President, always a CEO. I don't know if that makes a difference. I also only refill those businesses with the stash houses. And me selling to dealers means it's pretty much only the cash business that's always fully stocked.

The timers are 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7, from most to least valuable, and then doubled if you buy the security upgrade.
So for an upgraded coke lab every 6 hours you will get raided and an upgraded document forgery is 14 hours for a raid.
You can stop the timer by not being MC or being near or inside a business, if you're inside the coke lab your meth lab timer will continue.
While you're doing a sale the timer will countdown. Doing a sale also DOES NOT reset the timer so that means even if you only have 2 businesses running and you're only registering as MC to sell them, eventually you will finish a sale and immediately get raided on the other.
The system is terrible and Rockstar will also never fix it.

Apparently the game used to let you fill the cabinet with old beer bottles, to keep her nudged over, but Rockstar removed that convenience by making bottles vanish.

The bottom line is that they are clipping through the side of the cabinet, to bump into her and get her into claw range. Otherwise the machine logic can't even reach her.

Ranging on location, with all three functional upgrades, it's(assuming I didn't mess up some numbers here) between 6255550 and 6875550, where the upgrades alone is 5175000, no matter the location. The mule custom is 95 760 with 72 000 trade price.
The pounder custom 320 530 with 241 000 trade price.
All three have standard vehicle upgrades, plus extra weapon and armor upgrades at around 400k for the speedo's, 500k for the mule's, and 600k for the pounder's.

That totals, assuming max prices on everything, to about 10433690.
That is not including engine tunes etc on the sell vehicles, only armor plating and weapons.
So rounding up, say you need 11mil to be on the safe side if you want to get it all in one go.

The girl that's on the phone when she steps off the plane seems to be talking about properties, and then when we exit the plane, Agent 14 shows up outta nowhere and boards the plane. Why would Rockstar randomly put Agent 14 in the cutscene for seemingly no reason at all. And better yet, why would they even bother updating his character model with new pants for a seemingly 3 seconds cameo. Now we got this drip-feed ingame teaser for the Winter Update, we got all these minor seemingly unrelated signs in the intro cutscene, we got Agent 14 who is mainly featured in heist-related content, we got GTA VI releasing before the next Summer DLC...
I think this Winter Update is gonna be huge if they're teasing it already, and I think we might even get a new big heist. The heist will be launched from our Mansion Property, with Agent 14 somehow connected to it, and a bullshit in-game reason why we need to purchase a mansion to do the job because we can't do it anywhere else (despite you owning the city at this point). Rockstar will probably release the 3 missions that tease the upcoming mansions around late November or even closer to December's release date to tease the next update. It happens rarely, but when we get very early teasers for the next update, it's usually a pretty damn big update

All the money laundering missions I played were really fun, they feel like old contact missions, in a good way.
I only played one of the missions for the Frog, and it was fine, but nothing new or overly exciting
The meds delivery was okay, considering it gives a half million discount on the new Sentinel for barely any work, but like pizzas, once I get my fill, I don't see me playing them regularly.

It's pretty basic, the carwash generates additional income dependent on almost every other business, for up to 30k daily passive income, as long as heat doesn't max out.
I think the only business that doesn't contribute to this 30k is the facility, and I guess high-end apartment if you wanna count that. Maybe that means doomsday heist isn't canon, but more likely that a giant facility that doesn't do anything besides store my warcrime machines isn't profitable.
Then you have missions similar in scale to agency contract missions but on the more complex side, about 5-10 minute affairs with 70k payout, with no cooldown(besides the "Mission Complete" popup), which increase heat, and missions that reduce it but pay a pittance. We're talking

RDR2 npcs gave us a good glimpse into RDO character creation when we only had the single player portion of the game and had to wait for the RDO beta.

the trailers for 6 already show we will actually have individually sizes for body parts now
