Mel is the epitome of DEI character unironically. Not because she's OP but because she was a waste of what could have been an interesting enchanter support. If they had built her entire kit around the reflecting, letting her shield others to a lesser extent, she could have been an actual skill based enchanter where you'd have to time your shields to protect and reflect b ack stuff

The best designed ADC will be a ranged Champion that has a low Cooldown steroid for a short duration. Or a high Cooldown steroid that lasts a long time.

The rest of their kit should literally do NOTHING else except gain DPS stats. Modify auto-attacks/attack-range/attack-speed/on-hit. Or reset their auto attack animation.

If you give a Champion too many things in their kit beyond that, then you have to nerf their damage. And if you nerf their damage too much and their overall DPS can't meet specific break-points. Then that Champion cannot actually ADC, simply because it cannot effectively meet the required break-points expected of an ADC.

What first got me out was to stop spamming games and to just focus and tryhard on the ones that you do play. To climb you need to turn around games that look lost. To do that you need to be at max focus and not tilted spamming random shit in chat.

To mitigate tilt and ensure max performance my rule was to

Once you do get master+ it's actually not that big of a gap in playstyle between you and really high elo players anymore despite what people say, you just need to be consistent and adapt to situations.

He's right in the sense that the absolute worst of the worst you can experience in the jungle is indeed worse than how bad laning can get.
Even if you're getting killed between tier 1 and tier 2 turret as a laner the tier 1 falls eventually and even though you can't contribute for the team while your opposing laner leaves to shit on the other lanes and help with objectives you still have some genuine safety under that tier 2.
Meanwhile if you get early invaded as a jungler and your lanes are weak so the opposing laners can enter your jungle you literally get a literal cartel execution experience. As camps on your side are taken by the enemy jungler and they have vision in your jungle provided by their laners your movement becomes predictable so you're easily killed again. Your source of the most basic gold and experience gets taken away from you in a way which can never happen to a laner. The only camps left to take are those in the enemy jungle side, good luck getting there and clearing them unspotted. If you try to soak in a little bit of lane experience laners will hate you more than they already did for not ganking.

I have a question regarding Staff of Flowing water.
The description says if you heal or shield an ally, you both get 45 AP, so that's 90 bonus AP for 6 seconds total...
But what if you heal/shield 2 allies? Do the 3 of you get 45 AP? Which would be 135 bonus AP total?
So on a Soraka ult, does that mean you grant 225 bonus AP for 6 seconds?

A more advanced question now.

What if you use Lux's W which causes two shields to be applied aoe, which is up to 10 shields total if you hit your entire team, do you get 45 AP per shield? The item description has no cooldown so I would expect so.
But then you'd grant 550 AP total to your entire team.

if so, the only thing you would want to read up on would be the new map changes and items if seasonal return or just checking out lolalytics to see what champs are doing well and what are not for reason of banning, meta abusing, what your one trick/main is doing, etc.
You shouldn't really need to relearn the entire game since you'd know the fundamentals already, your reaction speed, csing, etc may be rough but that just means you need to tune it out after playing enough games.
