Previously they had enough bosses to fill in extra pieces for sets, and then transitioned into a different set based on spec. Before they decided every piece is gonna have stats appropriate to any class that can wear it and just make it focus the stats depending on spec, then they still ended up screwing the possibility of completing them for each class when they decided a 4th Leather wearer was necessary. Voidweaver is easier, way more fun and does 4x the damage so you should just play that until you hit +15s. You just send everything on CD. If your pet and rift are aligned, use both, if not, use 1 anyway and just try to maximize your DPS. Always pair pet and/or rift with Radiance.
For Oracle you generally want to use your Premonition charges in pairs rather than individually, so you have the CDR one (from Insight or Clairvoyance) every 90 seconds with your pet and can spam Dark Reprimand back to back.

The low end playerbase is gonna become even more mechanically illiterate and separated from progression players. I just don't see what incentive your average player has to learn how to actually play, after this update. By late season, there are a LOT of shitters doing like 40% of their classes' potential, but still reaching into upper heroic or lower mythic raiding, and capping out M+ vaults, just through overgearing and overpowering content. Once you have enough stamina, armor, verse, and avoid to survive 3 taps of shit that'll one-shot somebody in the early season, and the content difficulty basically goes out the window.

The assist will have no baring on the top-end playerbase that wants to manually assign their offensive cooldowns to shit, but there's basically 0 drawback to it until you reach that point.

Everything points to what ever zone Thrall was originally supposed to be involved in got cut by the time of alpha and they quickly wrote him out of the launch expansion plot.
All signs also point to that zone being Rootlands and why the Orweyna just feels like this aimless character that's only big impact on the story is that she replaced Magni's whole job so Magni could leave the expansion

They should rename some specs. There shouldn't be Overlapping names like Restoration, Protection, or Frost.
