If we're going strictly by second scenario Eito actually did very little wrong the entire route other than trying to kill Sirei on day 2 and becoming Vehx's crypto storage. Even when he returns with the clone commander he tells everyone about all the shit he learned from the Futurans which forced Sirei to talk and really kickstart the whole learning the truth thing, as opposed to first scenario Eito who refused to reveal anything on his deathbed.
I realise this makes me sound like an Eito apologist but I really do think he's different from who he was in the prologue the second Takumi decided to spare him.

I did zombie route first and I'm glad I did because I feel SK wrapped it up well, but I did both a while ago. When Hiruko spoke to Takumi in that classroom and ran out I actually assumed it was her but when it turned out she was covering for him the whole time and trying to find a cure for the G'ie data I was struck by how hard she was working for him. And her holding Takumi earlier was her not only comforting Takumi but herself too. I think she knew she they were going to die and just wanted at least one moment of peace before accepting that fact. So I did like SK Hiruko and Ending 72 was one of the better ones, it felt like I reached an *ending* and not just something meant to hit the 100 mark

I love the build up in Serial Killer, all of it's plot points are clearly defined and everything makes consistent logical sense from its first day to its last. I loved how Hiruko had a bunch of seemingly romantic, seriously affectionate moments sprinkled in throughout the route that made the ending land. It wasn't just a kiss, it was a conclusion to this time traveller's desperate crush in this fucked up timeline. Besides her, all of the cast had nice characterization and moments.
Serial killer and S.F. are honestly my two favorite routes, with the former having the best character moments and the latter having the best written plot. Good thing that S.F. expands on specifically Serial Killer and leads to possibly the greatest scene in this game.
