More HP seems like fewer chances to activate her dodge passive.
For instance, let's say she has 120hp, and let's assume every hit is 130.
At 120hp that is obviously way over 50% of >MAX< hp and has a chance to trigger (seems to trigger pretty often for me).
Now let's say I level her up and she gets to 300hp.
Now the 130 hit is NOT over 50% of, crucially, her MAX hp (instead of current hp).
That means she will take the 130, then the next 130 and then the next 130 and dies.

The trigger chance is 70%, and inside that proc it's 70% to take half and 30% to take none.
Also it's more max mana, so you have more of a leeway to spam LAZELOS without going instantly oom into the next fight

The cyclops doesn't really do anything until it loses half HP and ninja have a higher crit rate with no weapons (and thus almost no damage). Can be time consuming depending on the RNG but with two ninja I've found it a pretty reliable way to kill them.

Managed to beat the mimic (I think it was really close in my first attempt and I got unlucky) but that will have to be enough, fuck this game.

17-21 is the real struggle, all the bosses are like that, and the boss rush floor is mostly like that as well (although a couple are "normal" encounters). The bonus damage from openings is %-based though - even a priest or mage whacking them with a staff will do big damage.
The major stress test is your MP endurance for healing. You could potentially bring a 6-priest (or priest multiclass) party to try and maximize your endurance for it.
Remember you get a potential MP restore on each floor. Some MP pots are pretty crucial insurance for the boss rush on the last floor as well.

It's more a test of nerve and rationing out your MP. Most of the damage is going to come from exploiting openings so the rest of it is just minimizing the MP you spend on healing. Inflicting KANTIOS on the boss is dicey but if you succeed it makes a regular attack that creates an opening more likely. Most of the bosses are high enough accuracy to overcome evasion, so loading up on +DEF and using BALAFEOS + MAKALTU will save you more MP than trying to out-heal the damage raw.

I made it to the 20th floor at 2 AM. Party with Lana, Fighter MC, Benjamin. Debra, Alice, and Sheli in the back. I had a few SP potions left over, but used up 10 mana elixirs. I don't know why Sheli wasn't falling asleep during most of the boss battles. Does it only trigger once when mp falls below 25%? Anyway, I use some of the coins to buy 3 bones from the jew to reach 10 bones, and I got an Alice and Adam dupe, so it was a great night.

Normally, in Wizardry, Evil alignment for the player character simply means taking an option where you can profit even if people die.
The examples being that an Evil character would extort an old lady that is crossing the street for her money before doing anything to help her.
Good would help the old lady across the street on principle, and Neutral would do it if the old lady was walking in the same direction as them.
And then there's of course Villain Evil, where the villains tie an old lady up and leave her on the crossroad to be trampled over on purpose.

So, assuming that the girl's okay with sacricifing a bunch of random soldiers to not bother her, her village and the world anymore, might perhaps be considered part of Evil alignment.
If she were Neutral, she might have warned her village and then fled instead, and if she had been Good, she would have tricked the barbarian king and his armies into doing acts of good or tried to convince him to do good things.
But again, not a really hard and serious rule. Often times, it's just the whims of the developers.

Sherri is evil because she’s intended to be a semen demon as seen by her lack of pants and strategic moles and Yukarin voice and everyone knows evil women are simply inherently more erotic.

Alice might be the only truly evil character we can get so far.

100 exp codices are really good but expensive, status effect cures are good to teach to your front line/non-priests(especially dialko because sleep/stun on your units suck), erlik/halito good to boost your favorite applicable mage, passives are a bit eh and don't add that much to stats.
