I used to mythic raid and maybe I'll get back into it but currently not feeling the spark. I quit in Shadowlands and came back like 3-4 months ago and I did have fun with the hero talents and class builds and M+, I even had fun 8 masking Horrific Visions
But apart from that, what's there to do? The same Undermine dailies driving around doing random tasks that make me rethink my life choices, dastardly duos (lol), PvP and M+ pushing, mostly. M+ is fine but I miss weekly affixes, it's the same every week now and most people just farm 12s for crests and vault and don't do anything higher.
Still, the gameplay is fine I suppose even with dumb shit like one button rotation being a thing now, but caring about the world and being immersed kept me attached to the game. Who the fuck cares about the Earthen?

Revendreth is one of the few things I actually remember super fondly from Shadowlands, alongside with The Brokers.

Damn. Doing this Arathi quest line is one of the few times in this game that as a horde player, I've legitimately felt like an evil person.

Danath Trollbane and his screeching nigger sheboon shitskin whore are literally going around attacking citizens and telling them what to think as a totalitarian state. The quest has me as an outsider, beating citizens to near death because they dared to speak up. I give a threatening letter to shut down free speech and disagreements with the government to one of their leaders.

The worst part is, these humans aren't even allowed to be free. Trollbane could always just go to stormwind. Instead, he wants to impose his will on a populace that is completely unwilling. If they flee to start their own new state he will send orcs and horde players like me to kill them for the crime of intolerance.
The person who wrote this quest line, like the actual human employed by Blizzard, is a disgusting and bad person. They should be shamed. Considering just posting this on the WoW lore forums after I finish these quests. Unless someone else wants to or it has already been expressed.

Has anyone else noticed that after SL, nearly every single cinematic now consists of either someone staring at something ominously or two characters having a slow, drawn out, shot-reverse shot-shot conversation? The secret is that Metzen is a classic example of someone getting promoted too high for their actual talents. Metzen was always a much better writer than a story planner, and you can see it with how good the dialogue is in SC1 and WC3.
