I love blasting the enemy to smithereens with Bramma salvos that thunder across the lines of battle. My heart leaps with joy whenever a Grineer is tossed high into the air and cut to pieces by well placed explosive rounds. And there is nothing like an operator using a hardened wellspring to buff her motes. And the feeling that comes when a Corpus runs screaming from his irradiated MOA, only to be mowed down by heavy kitgun fire, is such an exquisite feeling. Reminiscent of when ranks of infantry brandish their prods rushing into the enemy line. It moves me deep within my heart to watch a Wisp meleeing over and over into the bloated chest of a long-dead enemy.

Gentlemen... All I ask for is Wisp butt, Wisp butt so grand as to make Hell itself tremble. Gentlemen, I ask you as fellow brothers in arms what is it that you really want? Do you wish for further Wisp as I do? Do you wish for a merciless, bloody Wisp? A Wisp whose fury is built with iron and lightning and fire? a good-ish railjack build and if you are solo you want a good pilot, gunner and defender, you leave them doing their thing while you do the points of interests and abandoned derelicts as quick as you can
it's just a lot of repetition and experience to get quick, you might want to do void storm at the same time so you're also cracking relics

There is nothing that will dethrone this because what else would you need? Even enemies who resist viral will still take extra damage once they get viral stacks. The only status that rivals this is magnetic, and that is because that also adds a damage boost to the cancer enemies you have to fight.

number of procs doesn't matter, each proc draws its damage from base damage, crit multipliers, headshot multipliers, and bonus damage like elementalist. if you were only doing a few thousand damage per slash instance, its still nothing compared to ETA/EDA enemy EHP. part of what makes heat so busted is that if you dump the same amount of heat procs in your example, heat inherit will make the procs do hundreds of thousands of damage per second instead of a few thousand. if slash inherit were a thing, it may be a different story.

nowadays if you want a big slash proc, you want a big damage critical headshot. its a lot more niche, still great for stuff like disruption but if you need multi-million damage DoTs heat is just better.

Assuming the question is whether to slot another green or a red tau, it barely matters. If you go from 100%+192.5% damage done to 100%+200%, your total damage increases by about 2.5%. I really doubt you'd notice a difference, unless you want a nice round number in your buff display.
