Pretty sure it's just cans, cores, and fish. And those all carry into NG+ cycles so you can just do them as you go. Other things like "all Naytibas" or "all sword upgrades" happen naturally by playing, and you can purchase drone and tumbler parts from Digger if you do his questline.
Though I didn't get "all camps" and have no idea what I'm missing.

I'm trying to go for all the endings and when I read that there were multiple, I vowed to go from worst to best in order. I don't mind collectibles because I've played games with far worse ones but I am being filtered HARD by the fishing. I even tried to enable babby's first fishing difficulty for an easier time and can only get 30% of the way before I lose the fish.

Sure hope the ending you can only get by not filling lily's meter isn't an achievement because it's pretty much impossible unless you do the main story and almost nothing else.
