There're a lot of hints and foreshadowing like these in the VN that wouldn't be possible if characters didn't remember previous routes.

And that was the final route. Goddamn this game was long, it took damn near 6 months to read everything.
I really liked it though. The length allowed for some very nice moments where things that happened in the middle school arc resurface in the adult arc. Having routes taking place in Canada, Rome and Tokyo made for really nice change of sceneries. It was also really nice to see just how different Yukito's life becomes depending on who he ends up with, I was having fun wondering what career path he would take in the next route.
Overall very solid VN, though again really long. If I had to rank girls and routes:
Routes:
Momiji > Mizuha > Bethly > Yuzuki > Hina
Girls:
Momiji > Yuzuki > Hina > Mizuha > Bethly
But all of them were really good
