I beat the Lies of P DLC prior to the league, and I am thinking of playing Stellar Blade next. I might check out DD2 since I loved 1 and DD2 has had a lot of updates and DLC now. I've only played PoE 2 and the Phrecia event before this season.
So end game stuff could anyone tell me if I have this right.
Abyss is mostly for minions because the eyes and the belt that drops.
Blight is for getting the oils to enchant the amulet slot and lots of currency.
The bomb people is for just random currency and trying to craft with Rog.
What are the other activities really for? Heist I read has a few uniques at the back end of it, Delve seems to be for crafting, Harvest for crafting, the people fighting the Maven their atlas points are just for their unique enchantment currency it seems. The others I'm not sure what the end game want is minus fighting a boss, Delirium/Trial Master/the Purple hand.

Blight is good for levelling up early game. Its mostly a jackpot strat.

Expedition is good for early game, you can get an early div and some crafting in it but the gear can be obtained from mercs as well usually better.

Ritual is my favourite. Mostly jackpot strat as well and you can get omens. Also the king can get you the prismatic jewel.

Delve is for crafting early game.

Harvest is always good. Early, mid, endgame for gamba.

Essence for crafting. Good for early game sincr you can do it in white mapd.

Delirium for abyssal jewels. Imo its not really worth it to run it.

Legion for timeless jewels. Most builds need it.

Breach is just something you need to clear. Only Chayula is worth it.

Since I'm done with it now I might as well share. Syndicate Medallions (nu Catarina) give orb 1/4 fights and I believe it's the sole source of the material needed for nu meatsack farming. You make a profit every time you run it (only about 50c but it only takes a few minutes) and it's equivalent to a T8 map boss so anyone can run it.

I sold about 1,000 completions for 25-30c apiece - killing her 4 times is part of one of the challenges. It's literally an infinite money printer. People don't know that it's not a pineapple. It was just a last second slapped together part of the rework.

Glad's lucky block isn't actually as strong as it may seem. As you move between packs or you just dont get hit for a bit if you're clearing fast, you haven't blocked recently, you are down to at best 80% block, so it means as you jump into the next pack you have a 1 in 5 chance of instant death, like none of your block was ever there. So you still have to get all your mitigation as you would for any non-block build, it just makes you very tanky once you're in the thick of it.

I think the ore node one spawns tons of minions especially with the verisium atlas passive. Maybe that’s why, it’s definitely like comparable to an abyss worm and much easier, also drops tons of gold and probably overall has better loot than worms. If you're doing ubers you either need enduring cry or 2x mob mentality medium clusters. Because I was just focused on mapping, the endurance on kill was good enough for the content I was doing. Ailment immune is recommended, all you do is essence boots+boots implicit(or abyss jewel) for 100% shock avoid and then use stormshroud. I didn't have it in my pob because for the content I was doing it didn't feel needed. Definitely could've went down on damage for this comfier setup though

can someone explain breach to me? this is the first league i've really got into the "end game"; i even have 2 void stones!
previously when ive played i didnt really like the breach things so i never did them, but they feel super satisfying killing all the mobs (playing boneshatter, so they all "pop" and it feels good)
but like, what rewards does it have? ive been doing them and nothing really "happens". i just get some splinters? they dont seem to drop anything special beyond the rings, that are never good

You collect breach splinters and breach rings. you can sell 60 breach rings to get a grasping mail which can have some cool explicits (that have to be carefully preserved because you can't get them from rerolling explicits), and 100 breach splinters becomes a breachstone which lets you fight a breachlord for some neat uniques. Breachstones are TIMED so you want to be able to move and clear quickly.

Affix. Suffix is only the three affixes that come after the item name. Chain gloves of the snail, +10 slime. Prefix comes before. Sparkly chain gloves, +10 style. Rare items gain a new name like Death Spiral and can have up to 3 of each.

Implicits are not affixes. They take up the implicit slot. Weapons for example have implicits like +40 accuracy on swords that are always there if the item is white, blue, yellow, or orange.
When you add eldritch implicits you can potentially overwrite an already present implicit like spell damage on fingerless edgelord gloves or resist on astral plate body armor.

You can only add eldritch implicits from ichors and embers to armor.
This adds the influence to the item. If the item already has influence like shaper influence then it can't have eldritch influence. It also doesn't work on uniques.

So reasons to not use eldritch implicits:
>You want to keep the implicit on the item
>No benefit to your build from the range available
>You need a different influence on the item like hunter on chest for additional curse limit.
>The item is of unique rarity
>You expect to replace the item and don't want to waste currency
