Sit to the side of the scorpion and behind him so he can do his usual slams. The moth's projectiles will be blocked by its shell, but you'll still have to evade the mist, when the scorpion bunkers up, you will want to strike the moth, and if it burrows you will still want to strike the moth, but also be on guard for when it will surface. When the moth does its lightshow attack, you will want to sprint away, and when it starts spraying mists around you will wish to do the same as with the lightshow, kind of the ancestral spirits breath attacks. The 2nd phase is similar to the 1st phase, except the moth isn't really there to punish you as hard, plus you can go for charged heavies, stagger them, and get double hits, which is how I beat them as guardian with a fire night glaive. You want to super sprint to the side of the charge attack that happens at the beginning and when they do their phase transition you can maybe get 1-2 hits before the scorpion does its roar attack, unless you're sitting far enough for it to forego the move.
