Rune isn’t even that good sometimes you get bricked on a bunch of high cost spells. Other times your gas stops because you didn’t get any of your draw cards and only have monsters. Also if you get DShift late it’s hard to get online. Like yeah it can high roll Anne Grea turn 4 evolve going second to tempo shift but you get 4 whole turns to basically control the game. Kuon lethals also are easy to stop with two barriers out. Two ding dongs cuck the entire play and you have to spend to summon a 7 cost Kuon to clear.

That's generally not a good idea. An aggro deck's gameplan is focused on the early game with a highly aggressive offense. They play a lot of low cost cards and want to do as much damage to the opponent's face so that they can snipe the opponent for the win with a storm follower or direct damage spell in the mid/lategame.

A ramp deck's gameplan focuses on the late game. Their opening turns are more focused on stalling for time and defending. They want a lot of very expensive cards in their deck. Their ramp spells let them start playing those big cards a few turns earlier than the opponent, and they generally are more willing to trade big dudes blow for blow in the late game since their deck contains more big dudes than most opponents.

Basically aggro goes all out with a desperate offense in the hopes that they can win before running out of steam, and ramp desperately tries to avoid dying until it can play its big dudes.
