Replay Samay with Elpis once you get her and Celia with BATeresse (current banner). Rest can be Venaka-S.Dalvi-Eclipse and you can oneshot most of the game.

Mirror wars I usually do 40 on the first day, then 40 on the last and spam 4 daily fights worth 10 inbetween. Use Celia and Liberta to farm resources in story packs. Schera can convert resources, but it's an end game strategy due to the expense. Even then, I barely do it. Keep all UR gear you get and put it on anyone, it jumps your Last Night bonus.

She replaces Dalvi or Schera in your team, in simple terms, she gives a lot of damage for your first 5 hits on the enemy, and you kinda wanna keep your team like that, under 6 hits.
Yeah, she is worth going to pity, +3 is a nice stopping point, but you have to +5 her in august.

Schera will be useful. She's worth investing in. Not so much for the damage, but the fact she has several useful costumes that dispell effects or silence. Dalvi, Eclipse, Helena and Teresse are all solid choices. Story difficulty ramps up at around pack 10.. You woun't be able to brute force your way through the latest packs. Lathel, Diana, Ventana, Rafina and Nebris are all worth invest in too. Rou has use, but hers lies in her ability to dodge so it's unreliable. If you need more magic bulk, Elpis is good, not worth tearing up though.
