1)weapons, lets me decide if i want someone to make more damage or inflict more status for example
2)Weekly boss materials to upgrade individual skills, to have more sense of progression
3)Attachments with substats, self-explanatory no reason not to have them
4)Dupes makes IDs stronger, so you can flaunt how much you like a character.
