I thought up and drew some vehicle concepts back before 4, working name was 'Stork'. Likely a cooler name out there that'd still fit the bill.
Full capability would be dropping its troop bay to unfold into a little, armed camp/blockade. More I could say but player-accessible functions would come down to playtesting.

I think I figured out the Bestiarum dilemma. In Bungie's lore Chief is a Reclaimer that has to be separated from the rest of humanity because he's special, the closest to the Forerunners while also being augmented, it's literally like he's a Forerunner in the current era. Humanity are Reclaimers but they're still just normal humans that can activate their old tech, Chief is something more. In Microsoft's Lore, Chief is the chosen one, the ultimate warrior created from a Thousand Lifetimes of Forerunner Planning until finally a successful Champion was made to succeed them and become the Protector of the Galaxy. Chief is the ultimate Reclaimer in Microsoft's lore vs some humans who are Reclaimers in their lore, and humans who aren't Reclaimers at all in their lore. The pitch of his Geas is also the strongest and also there are implications that Chief has connections to Living Time itself. Chief is the true Inheritor.

Hopefully, all of this makes sense now.

The only "good" sonic game in the last decade is Sonic Mania and even then it's more or less a glorified fan game. None of the 3D Boost-to-win garbage is good, and Frontiers is literally Sonic Infinite with an equally boring open world that looks eerily similar.
MW19 is also nothing special. People are nostalgic for Warzone because everyone was stuck inside and it was a fresh take on the Fortnite gimmick. I feel one of these is a fair and accurate assessment of how things went. It's basically a closed case at this point that there used to be some top notch for Halo like Ed and Moore.
It's sadly just kind of the cycle: pioneers and OGs make something solid and then those who oversee it later often fail to show the same spine, passion and care.
Pretty sure Marty and Marcus have mentioned in interviews that without the reputation of experienced developers, 343 as a newbie studio did not really know how to speak out against odd decisions.
