Main problem is that Haven isn't the only deck that benefits from getting to turn 10+. Rune will kill you with a Kuon/Satan and D climb, Portal has their robot hitting face for 10 minimum and Forest will likely have a complete OTK roach setup by that point.
This is why some people cope with a more aggresive style for Haven, the meta is far from ideal for the control stall playstyle although it works great against some opponents like Sword.

Pretty much, hence why Haven has to resort to spamming chalices every turn, jeanne after they run out of chalices, and salefa.

Their decks are all popping off and you're put on the backfoot because your only meaningful way to engaging the enemy require setups, time you wont be given because the enemy breached the 10 cost barrier and is now spamming all his best stuff.

I just don't understand what they were going for when it came to Haven, and its not like Abyss where Abyss has TREMENDOUSLY strong cards but poor synergy.
Haven just feels like it has both poor synergy and bad cards.

It feels very oppressive to go against portal/rune but you can indeed hit wincon
It's obviously not bad by the current results but it just feels like you're on the back foot every turn due to easy answers in alouette/doomwright -> orchis/ralmia (and noah) against portal and usual suspects with rune with william being a particularly suffocating thing to have to play around in the matchup

I think they have a lot of potential but in the current meta I think medusa and aragavy feel inconsistent compared to a lot of other clear options. Aragavy can target the wrong thing if your opponent drops more than 7 health worth of stuff

My list is based on his with small changes like dropped down certain amulets to make room for Olivia/Phil, I really like Olivia and you play a lot of 2 costs for her

In terms of mulligan he goes into what you should be looking for in different matchups, but the tldr is you're either looking to swat a bunch of flies with a tiger, or build a board and try to gain adv through darkhaven. A lot of games you're just looking for a big board swing 4/5 with Salefa.

Something that really helped me was using the Evo points early and aggressively swiping face for chip damage because people think haven will try to grind and trade, when in reality most of my games end before 10SP and there's no actual way to grind against the late game decks. Trading chip is fine (in most non-sword/forest matchups) because you have small sources of healing and as long as you don't get lethaled HP is a resource too.

Super Evo makes your units unkillable on your turn, so you can grail over your SE units and they won't die. A bread and butter game ender is to drop griffin with a grail on board, SE the griffon and pop grail to go face for 9, 10 if you have darkhaven tap. You want ot line up your statues so they drop on the same turn. I've won a couple games where I played Avian on 4, and tapped another avian on 6 for 10 damage with evo, even if it means eating some damage to do so.

Don't try to grind with haven, clear the opponents board the best you can and push for damage because it's very hard to figure out whether you have lethal, you can steal games just by tapping out a 4/4 storm for 6sp and evolving it, and that's really what you're doing most of the time, just going face with birds

Does Shadowverse have cards that mess with the opponent hand like in other games?

eg. Black Widow in Marvel Snap puts a card in the opp hand that makes it so they can't draw cards until they get rid of it by playing it and its detrimental.
In Hearthstone theres a dude that puts bombs into your deck that deals you 5 damage when you draw them and fucks your draws
In MTG you can discard cards from your opponent hand with multiple effects.

Question for abyssbros - Any of you guys played with the idea of replacing little miss bonemancer?
I've played a few matches with her and she's kind of awkward to use. The 1 damage feels bad to trade with, there is no ward so she gets ignored and it feels like 3pp do nothing with no lategame potential.

I've been thinking about replacing her with one of the bottom four cards. Ruby for mulligan, Fighter for better curve, Bellringer to save hp and Vigilant Detective to hit card behind wards like anne grea. Is this sound logic or nope?

I only have enough vials for one: craft my third jannu or a third selefa?
