So far everything they've made has been pumped right back into the game as you see with the stuff in this patch + upcoming qol, also mass advertising.

I don't think the game is that high maintenance. Imo, all those changes are made along with advertisements to attract new players who will see selective tickets and gacha skins and less fated guests as the norm.

They're just doing what the community asked for.
People have been excessively complaining about limited costumes and the impact on meta since day 1. No BCelia? Bricked for a year. No BATeresse? Bricked for a year? Missed Roxy, Yumi and Hikage? Whoops better buy an account champ.
Try then tried selling tear packages, people again rioted. After a few of those cases they said fuck it, we'll do the last thing left, paid skins, since at least those have the least amount of impact on the meta and gameplay.

Zenith and single-target units in general (like Wilhelmina) are situational. AoE dominates this game.
Lv9 or 10 hunts is just a matter of having dupes on your support units + good gear on an on-element DPS. Push Diana, Liberta, Helena, Teresse, Refi towards +5 and invest in a good nuker per element.

What happened is this. During the 1.5anni (when Glupy launched), they said that main story versions of characters were excluded from appearing as fated guests. This followed an uproar from the gameplay/main story crowd who feared that the main story and character relationships would be rewritten or sacrificed to force in Master.

What I am understanding from that snap is that "going forward" is that they are keeping the possibility of prestige skins for main story versions of characters on the table. So if they do Lia or Schera you could well be playing with them from Gray's perspective.
