Sure, but better cards both increase your run consistency unless you're using an absolutely cursed deck to reduce one RNG layer, while also increasing your absolute ceiling.
That RNG layer reduction takes a lot of the burden off while waiting for inheritance to proc and skill events to actually complete.

And since Global is accelerated, the powercreep is faster. If you're F2P, just forget about it. Well over an hour of grinding races and training with event after event after event... Just to get to one of the "come in first!" races and get completely wiped by the stupid Brazilian bitch. And the career just ends? Lose once and that's the career over and an hour of your time you're not getting back...
and at minimum I'm going to have to do this half a dozen times to get a pvp team slightly above average so I can actually win matches. Most games have an option to automatically level your weaker characters and don't force you to manually grind out everyone one at a time with multiple career modes... sure, I suppose it gives me more of a connection to my team but that's still bullshit.
So... which of the scrappies should I be training? The pink loli? Vodka? Gold Shit? Just characters who can pull their weight for the pvp matches.
