5X put a surprising amount of detail into the NPCs despite there being fewer overall. They don't clearly mark everyone you can talk to which is a separate issue but it definitely feels like they took notice of the jump in quality from 4 to 5 and didn't leave that part of the world design out.

Sorry, I don't feel that way. Not yet. I think it's just fine so far. I like these girls a lot more than the characters of P5 who don't even feel like friends, and the thematic connection between Motoha and Kiuchi with the reason he becomes a shadow in the first place just feels more integrated within the circumstances. Smaller scale, more focused, and quicker to the punch than the story about Kamoshida and his students. I never really liked Kamoshida arc either btw, so this is basically the same thing but actually better.
It feels like Persona 5 Lite, yeah. But it's a small side story mobile game. So that works. It's introducing the same sort of themes/concepts but it's delivered in a much faster to digest way being a mobile game. Lufel already dropped "collective unconscious" within the first 5 minutes of you meeting him.

I got Ann through the pity summon. At least it's something. Her animations are hot
