If you swap off any echo cast from other on field characters trigger his big nuke. We're at the point when playing the character you pulled for on field is a damage loss.

For Zani frazzle allows her to do more swings in her Liberation state. The rover rotation requires more swaps and far better play to get 2 full basic attack chains in compared to Phoebe.
If you run neither she just doesn't work, she only generates 10 forte with her skill and she needs atleast 90 to work properly.

From what I gather, it shouldn't be a problem, she is still a main Dps.
Basically rough TLDR Phrolova :
-Uses the combo chains to compose your symphony of notes which will give different effects to Hecate Enhanced Attacks
- Heavy then Ult
- Control Hecate like any other character, its Enhanced attack deals around 400%
- Quickswap Hecate with other characters to uses their echo skills to trigger more Hecate enhanced attacks (once per same named echo)
-Until you get to intro back to Hecate for the final nuke.
On paper the only advantage of Cantarella is she have 3 differently named echo skill + her main echo so she can trigger more enhanced attacks and you need less Hecate time and more Canta time which is a DMG increase. But the NEEDfags probably blows this out of proportion again.
