What kind of retarded take is this? Target the weak is the only talent that is absolutely retarded not to take, and it's not like hold the line (the one literally before that) is vitally important or anything.
Arbeetus has 2 ( t w o ) weapons with skullcrusher, only one of them is actually good, and even that is a clear side-grade to the shielded variant without skullcrusher.
Strike down is good, but hardly necessary, and while opportunist blessing makes a difference, you don't really need it to kill crushers either.

Also I noticed that if you are playing with the dog enabled. Take the Justified Measures and Hold the Line, because when the dog pounces a target it counts and build stacks for you.
It's 15% more damage and 15% DR for free.

Accatran is great because it synergizes perfectly with a couple of skills. 2 special shots reach max burn stacks, bleed stacks can be kept up with some lucky crits, and you can build for obscene amounts of boss damage.

The cleave and ammo buffs make a real difference for shooting down clown cars of (shot)gunners, and with +25% maniac, it comfortably dispatches most high value targets.

I've been using this so far. The shotgun fucking blasts everything in 2 shots with the ranged justice up and can cleave through mobs. The charge synergizes really well with it because it staggers everyone away (which regens your toughness) and then insta switches you out to your melee in the event you get swarmed

While maybe too easy, Cataclysm in VT2 is just peak Tide difficulty. Still has breathing room and pacing for character dialogue and for the more intense moments to stand out. Still allows for a solo player to clutch it out.

Nope, also incorrect. It's only a major problem with mutant spam. Usually getting a revive off isn't that difficult, you just need someone to control the horde. It's actually getting to the revive point that's the hard part with just 2 players, and can be complete cancer depending on the map and what modifiers you're on.

The alternative is basically just confident strike, and you get plenty of toughness regen from talents. But Strike Down takes one or two highly valuable talent points.

The way the top part of tree is laid out means you're highly likely to be taking at least two of them (the alternatives being mediocre dog bleed and perfect block memery), and many of those are stronger than Confident Strike whereas Strike Down is weaker than Opportunist. It just doesn't make sense of me to value CS over Opp. I'm sure as fuck not giving up Force of Will to take Strike Down, which is how it'd have to work for the way my top tree is usually laid out (otherwise I'd have to drop Up Close and swap Walk it Off for Shield Plates).

Anyone want me to post the mod that used to give Ogryn the fourth voice? If you edit it you can also make it give human characters Ogryn voices etc. I don't know how exactly to do that though.

Almost immediately dumping chorus is basically the correct move. As the chorus user, if it's off cooldown, it's your job to keep an eye on everyone's toughness bars and have good situational awareness of what enemies are present. Then use it when appropriate. Yes, because trying to do melee damage on zealot as a chorus build, especially in nu-havoc, is pure cope. Toothpick is for doming gunners and stunning charging mutants with the special, or occasionally killing armor. The rest of it is just a stat stick for uncanny strike and crit farming for CDR.
Zealot can deal enormous amounts of damage with a dedicated damage build, but those shouldn't run chorus, and vice versa.
I personally run 3x health curios, with extra life, with regen, with damage cdr. It's perhaps the single most stable and reliable build I have in havoc, is relatively easy to play, and fills a much needed role because most other zealots are fucking retarded. Running toughness is close to pointless when you should almost always be in the gold (which cannot be boosted) anyway, and gunner resist gives enough survivability. The damage comes from flamer and nades, that's about it.

It's too early to say because 99% of games are 4 arbeeties and the majority of characterization comes from interactions with other classes. Their personalities are very similar too. If I wrote out half their lines it would be hard to confidently attribute them to the right personality. Other classes didn't have this issue. Your choice really doesn't matter beyond acting.

Yeah, the classic shitter build. It's what I see most commonly, and almost exclusively performs like a complete jobber. Damage talent cope, goes into chorus, doesn't focus on CDR. I want to personally lynch everyone that doesn't take the crit aura, it contributes so much. Not taking a chorus upgrade is also a sin.

It's a health build first and foremost, and the +20% HP regen node is directly above the grenades. I have no reason not to take them, because I'm not wasting points on pointless melee damage nodes in a support build. Immolation grenades buy a LOT of space against chaff, and deal surprisingly good damage with uncanny strike stacks up. My most used dueling sword combo is actually light + special because it makes the most attacks per second, thus the fastest stacks and most number of crits per second. Obviously still heavy stabs when wanting to deal damage, or light light push followthrough for horde clear.

It's havoc 40, if you want to meme, let that be a conscious decision. There are good builds using other weapons, but this one can't afford anything else. Stunning ragers and mutants with the special is too valuable to give up, and if/when they "rework" that into some dogshit meme parry that only works in malice, I'm not even sure what other weapon I'd want to use. NOTHING ELSE reliably interrupts mutants short of maybe heavy sword headshots instagibbing them (I'm not even sure if that's possible in havoc without damage talents), and knife is the only alternative for uncanny strike to make immolation grenades actually good.
Maybe they'll keep the stun stab on the Mk V, or if they're really fucking retarded, the Mk II which is virtually identical with how I use the IV anyway.

I sometimes purposely run into flames or gunner fire (with max resist) when I fear things are about to go bad, and having really low toughness is ironically helpful with being able to force self damage. I also run the extra wound to facilitate more chorus spam, by sometimes intentionally downing myself when I'm low. Doesn't happen often, but is helpful when it does. Also allows me to play more aggressively with corruption, since being 50% purple is a death sentence otherwise, but I can just shrug it off.

The idea is that you fight around it during events or whenever a horde shows up. Just give the turret side nodes that either increase its DPS or support allies near it with toughness damage reduction, toughness regen or increased damage.
You can also make it not invulnerable unlike the dog so you have to put some thought into where to place it and whether you should fight around it or leave it to distract enemies. It'll be more like the cuck bubble or NONCEIO AKWILLER which can attack.

To be honest most of those are so low effort that I don't even care honestly. Only one that I had any fun with was the Totam modifier during the skulls event which then rewarded aquilas.
Radio Operators were a fucking joke, but it did contain some lore shit, but even that lore shit you could find on youtube pretty soon after.
And I guess there was the Mutated Horrors modifier which spawned Burgles constantly, it was fun, sad that its gone.

Why DON'T they make the modifiers permanent? I don't understand the rationale when Lights Out is practically unplayable unless you are a veteran with a flashlight gun yet the modifier is evergreen.

This is the first time in like a year I've heard someone complain about people missing temporary modifiers. I remember when the ogryn spam event was live most people would talk shit saying

And now all of a sudden we're sad it's gone?
