So is it just me, or is the FOV fucked up for the Warbond/Superstore pages on PC? It seems super large and zoomed in. Whenever I see a video of it, there's margins on the sides and my roommate, who (God bless his heart) plays in PS5 has the same thing and it looks 1000x better. the blitzer has a good breakpoint against small enemies though so it's really good at chaff clearing

Urban Legends and Servants of Freedom are top tier. Cutting Edge, Freedom's Flame and Chemical Agents have some useful utility goodies. Truth Enforcers, Borderline Justice and Force of Law have some neat weapons that aren't "mandatory" but are still fun to use. Viper Commandos and Masters of Ceremony should be near the bottom of the list since they don't have much.

gas causes enemies to start attacking randomly, and lose aggro so this'll help you against predator bugs but the effect is useful against every faction
so the grenade is generally considered one of the best because it lets you escape situations you'd otherwise die in as well as closing bug holes and fabricators like regular grenades
the drone also keeps bugs that are right on top of you away because it'll spray them down and de-aggro them when they get close

Sure it's on a short cooldown, but I'd rather deal with an entire patrol in one go with the gatling barrage or airburst instead of having to constantly swap throw strafings that only kill 4 enemies (7-12 if you are really lucky.). Went through a D10 mission with this without a single death, blowing up a propaganda station, mortar base, one large and one medium bases, finished off the last 2 or 3 fabricators at fortress and activated SAM site.

It can hold down chokes and catch enemies after you kill the first group you stun. It's pretty solid with flame weapons. But it's hard to use properly, and stun grenades generally would have stunned enough enemies.

I'm guessing the idea is that the jet units can close the gap between you and them really fast and to balance that they are easier to kill. I still think this weapon is a piece of shit, but it's actually less of a piece of shit against bots. All it takes is two shots to kill a Trooper, and they help you by standing still at a distance to make it easier for the bullets to home in. If you don't want to spend the effort or ammo to kill them with your primary, this thing can get the job done. It still sucks against Devastators though, a full mag dump can't actually kill them from full health.

No. Fire DoT kills devs when it procs, and does a heft amount of damage to hulks too. But it's not really something you'd invest heavily into outside of lasers and a pocket flamer for enemies that get close enough to you. Flamethrower itself and the Torcher are basically meme picks unless you somehow have a good gap closing tool against bots. Then again, Jeet Brigade's thing is that they gap close against you, so flamers might not be the worst option against them.

Jeet brigade is easier than normal bots now. They literally get hard countered by the grenade launcher.
They need to make it so when a hulks jetpack blows up it either reduces their health to 1/2 to 1/4.

Conventional wisdom holds that you would have a very bad time of it.

For starters, the burn status buildup is halved against bots, so you have to shoot them for twice as long as you would bugs and squids in order to set them on fire. And on top of that, bots use guns to shoot at you from ranges beyond where either of the flamethrowers could feasibly fire back. You also have to keep in mind the enemy composition is very different from the other factions, bots don't have very much chaff, they tend to throw mostly Devastators and Berserkers at you, with the occasional but inevitable Hulk and Tank. Oh, and don't forget that they have Gunships, which you can never get close enough to shoot at with a flamethrower.
