This is actually one of very few bots I've made where the core idea didn't change much throughout. The original idea was just

The main thing that changed was her appearance. Originally she was going to be some kind of fey. I really liked the idea of combining different prey animal traits though.

Oh and sort of relevant, since I find it neat and won't have a chance to bring it up again. This is something I didn't add to the defs since the AI leaning into it would likely ruin it:
Berry is fully intended to not just be a "prey" situation but a symbiotic species with humans. A literal fuck-and-love pet species that makes humans want to protect them. I needed an explanation for why she was humanoid at all, given her core design ideas, and since everyone is going to bang her anyway I started leaning into that concept. Like the idea is that mankind dominates nature, so her species would only EVER be safe by attaching themselves to a human. Her personality traits are partially genetic, being clingy, a pushover, just wanting affection. Basically triggering protective instincts in humans the same way a cat's cute meow imitates a human baby's. If {{user}} does get Berry pregnant and raises them safely, the species would propagate unbelievably fast. They reproduce in litters and have a week long gestation. Humanity would, in a very short time, suddenly all have a little prey-waifu of their own.
