In CN there's two pity systems and you choose which one you prefer.

In one, you hit pity at 80 but there's a 50% chance it won't be the character you want on the banner the first time you hit pity, and the second time you're guaranteed to get it. (meaning 160 pulls for 100%)

The second one has a higher pity rate (like 120 or 140 IIRC) and actually lower rates of getting the character randomly, but you're GUARANTEED to get the character no matter what.

Yeah pretty much. Make sure it has an aoe elemental and a signal target. I liked Jackfrost early for ice, since it has both and lucky punch for neutral fights. Also lean or whatever she is called seems strong af. I like her double hits and it's an aoe debuff too. Good luck finding a good electric type early. It's like Closer is the only elec dmg early. I had a stupid Nue with zio, but it sucked dick cause it's one more attack was dark typing.
