Do you think the soul is amorphous in nature? Or is it always a rigid heart shape? Ralsei makes it clear that any surviving Darkners (presumably including reanimated Dess in his scenario) will turn to stone when the Roaring happens. If they know about the Roaring, why don't they know about that? And wouldn't it be better just to be happy that she's back as a Darkner and that her loved ones can visit her in the Dark World? Even if it somehow worked, there would be no point in working to bring her back to the Light World if the Light World basically had to be ruined in the process. The finer details of your theory are good, very thorough and consistent, but for it to happen we'd need a better motive first.
