If you haven't already made your level 30+ Personas, here's a brew that covers AoEs of all elements so Wonder can exploit any weakness and knock shit down to proc his weapon's Def shred.

Phoenix and Anzu are the only Ma-la users for Nuke and Wind respectively.
Leanan Sidhe's innate is better than Mapsio (which is also unavailable at 30), but a Matador seal for Mapsi can be used if you want to swap her to a different Persona like Uzume.

The passives are flexible; Phoenix already comes with 2 fantastic ones for damage so doesn't really need changing. Leanan could go with anything; Auto-Mataru II (Rakshasa Seal) and Auto-Maraku II (Naga Seal) are probably optimal. Auto-Mataru I (Ippon-Datara Seal) and Auto-Maraku I (Apsaras Seal) for more budget options. Personally mine's using Auto-Maraku I and Diarama from trying to inherit Maziodyne.

The base Personas are braindead easy; Leanan Sidhe is a freebie from Plan I, while Phoenix and Anzu are both acquired from the Realm of Repression.
For seals, Clotho and Fuu-Ki are both also from Realm of Repression while the others have to be fused.

40 for Phoenix, 40 for Anzu, 40 for Clotho, 40 for Kin-Ki, potentially 40 for Fuu-Ki if you want Wind Boost on Anzu.
40 for Angel, 40 for Matador.
30 for Jack o'Lantern, 30 for Hua Po.
And then just assume you have enough Repression Medals to buy everything else.
So 340 Stamina in that scenario.

More realistically you're going to inherit the wrong skill, let's say 1.5 times per attempt. Or perhaps even more than that, needing 10, 12, 15+ Seals to inherit the 5-7 skills.
But the math is muddled because I don't know how many Repression Medals you have, what Personas you pulled from the Gacha, what Personas you randomly got from fighting in the Palace (ie. High Pixies are 50 Medals each but can be gotten from random encounters through normal play)
You might have even be able to get Angel off of the Yaksini+Angel miniboss if I recall correctly so that could theoretically be 40 Stamina saved there.

But tl;dr, at least 160 stamina on fights that unlock at level 30 (200 stam when including Fuu-Ki), probably another 140 from the level 1-20 fights, and possibly even more than that depending on inheritance luck.

Although it has auto mode and the characters do have rather simple kits, there is MUCH more player input in this game than HSR (not that that's a high bar to clear), with characters having about 3-4 moves to choose from alongside the ultimate, and your MC being able to swap between up to 3 modes in combat.
But the game is still pretty young, it may go full on towards autoslop in the future just like HSR did.

Akechi is an ally who turned out to be a villain but ends up becoming an ally once more.
Adachi is just an antagonist, and so far PW hasn't shown much disposition to add units based on pure antagonists.
Maybe once they're done adding all the protagonists and once they hit a creative limit in terms of OC designs.
Now, this is a big if, but if they add the members of Strega with the P3R collab, maybe Adachi might have a chance too at some point after P4R comes out.
The collab is still going in China though, so we'll have to wait and see.

Judging from the data from the person who tested it and then asked the question to the devs, the numbers are still so insanely low that it "feels wrong" for it to happen so often, but it looks to be correct

I started looking into more and more pull videos after this was posted, and yeah soft pity just seems really shit. I've got videos of people in CN hitting soft pity at 79 out of 80 pulls. So it's just unbelievably shit soft pity.

I'm still trying to figure out why they specifically removed the consolidated rates text from the banner details that appears in the other regions.

Ultimately, just disregard soft pity's existence. I've hit hard pity 5 times (yeah i'm a paypig) and have the 79/80 pity screenshots to prove it. The only times I ever got a character outside of hard pity was when I got lucky and got them in the first or second 10 roll.
If the devs are lying then whatever, soft pity apparently sucks anyway, but I cannot answer the question of why CN and TW's banner details specifically tell you about the consolidated rates (0.8 is actually 1.8%) in the same way as hoyo games but the global version doesn't.

The rank up materials for characters/weapons can be transmuted to higher tiers so they are fine to farm.
Beating each persona once or twice to get a stack of seals isn't a terrible option either. The only problem is that early personas fall off very hard because of the rank system.

My third persona slot is reserved for a full time heal bitch Persona because I've come to realize that is *extremely* useful to have around. Lachesis seems like a good one at this tier, Unicorn's shit seemed way too specialized as anti-status effects. I'm still not convinced she'll be BETTER than Principality since Principality did the cracked double duty of buffing defense WHILE healing, but she does have an AoE heal as her signature so we'll see I guess.
