They rebalanced the IPS spread to favor Slash, and rounded out some of the overall clunkiness. But otherwise, no, they still suck, and it's easy as shit to mod any normal melee to be better in pretty much every way. alright so real talk. What is the point of damage attenuation? So we don't nuke bosses? Why not just give them segmented health bars and be done with it? Or just make interesting mechanics or timed windows when we can nuke/shoot them. This just feels like the worst possible solution to making bosses hard. And honestly imo, it's not even necessary for them to BE hard. Janus vor, 60 eyes and apex tank should keep DA, but everything else is unecessary, it feels so weird having a fast paced game where I can just no-brain my way through a mission with an ocucor and then hit my face into a DA wall and fire at it for 5-10 minutes.

They made 1 boss only that is fun without the bullshit pre-fight walk around until you can boss time, profit taker, the only decent mechanically fight without attenuation bullshit in the game.
Doesn't mean they can create good bosses though, profit was followed by exploiter which is the entire opposite slideshow garbage with a timer, they even removed the ability you had to break all vents in phase 1 with a good warframe+aoe ability because fuck the players having options or skill.
The only other time i had fun with "bosses only" here was teralyst launch week when you could use shield disruption aura so the modding did matter and you didn't spend minutes on the fucking garbage shield that they had.

They made 1 have better QOL and pitiful grouping range when you target someone still overshadowed by carpal tunnel 4 in reach.

Her 3 is now a radial MELEE vulnerability debuff with slow which is not worth using.

Her new passive is a death denial bar every 5 seconds which builds up from any melee attack, also adds 300% damage like a mod would to any melee.

That is it, she plays the same earlier and got just worse for any 4 digits gameplay, now instead of having to keep up with energy hog 4, you melee with anything better than claws and slot rolling guard for another 3 seconds if you need it on top of passive, she also can use the shield gate.
Your whole bulk survival is tied to war cry being buffed 3x by her 4 being active, so all in armor in her kit which is stupid.
She plays the same kinda from before rework and abhors any slow melee being used, which also means you are never getting a better claw or her 1/3 not being also subsume slots again, she is now in limbo like ember with a good new skin and actual garbage kit balance.

He was meh tier before the exalted rework. Half the melee mods didn't work on his fists, you couldn't build combo because only the actual fist hits would build it, not the wave.
After the exalted rework, his fists utilize all mods and arcanes, and they fixed the augment for his fists to always use the elemental weaknesses of enemies instead of impact. He still has issues building combo, but not because of the pre-rework thing, now the waves also build combo, but because he deals so much fucking damage that one hit from his fists obliterates everything in front of you. You get a bunch of stacking DR, you cannot be hit if you don't attack, you can shieldgate on top of that. And his ki punches really just feel pretty fucking cool.

How do minus IPS rivens work by the way? Like, they don’t impact in the damage that is gonna be multiplied by elemental mods?
Say I have a 100 damage weapon that is 90 points slash and I get a minus 100% slash Riven. The 60/60 damage mod would turn the resulting 10 into 16 or into 70?

+damage mods generally work off your base damage. They don't modify your base damage itself. Elemental mods take your combined base damage and add shit on top. IPS mods (impact, puncture, slash) just affect that particular element. So in your case, you'll just lose out on your (slash damage)*(multipliers) damage. Everything else is unaffected.

I would ask some experienced people how to sell it, since that it straight like $200 worth of plat (before discounts). I'm pretty sure people record trades with that much plat involved, both so they don't get scammed and do DE doesn't flag you for such a high transaction.

You will most definitely feel that riven on your gun. It adds a crapton of damage. It'll at the very least double your damage over a non-riven build, purely because of the additional crit damage.
