Got the shield talisman, successive attacks restore FP passive(all fp was returned every time so infinite shield crashing), and the passive on the shield itself gave the 60% negation bubble every time the whole shield crash connected, and it did over 1200 damage when it did.

just use it to trivialize mechanics, get damage uptime during combos, stuff like that. for example when fulghor does the arrow missile if you don't feel like moving just use it to tank it and proc the damage taken increases AP effect, or when he's spinning, or to ignore his jumps. it's extremely versatile and you take almost no damage. you also cannot die during it, nor get knocked back

the damage isn't dependent on enemy damage, it's basically a meter and when you take enough damage. i'd say it's about 70% of your health. once you take that much damage, raider starts emitting steam and then your next retaliate will last longer and do the big hit which deals more damage and i think staggers literally anything in the game
all damage taken counts, not just during retaliate, and you don't have to press anything, your next retaliate simply has the empowered effect

More damage on restage is the best passive by far.
The dagger one is fine but nowhere as useful + limits your setup too much, it probably works really well if you can manage to have frost + bleed on your starter dagger though, as it'll restage both the procs and buildup leading to some nasty numbers.
Stamina on hit and Bloodborne hp recovery are great generic effects.
Other than that just stack damage and vigor.

bleed on starter dagger feels really bad its much worse than dropped bleed daggers and breaks your damage. most normal enemies die after 10 hits and then you bleed them.
the dagger moveset is actually insanely busted and anytime you dont use one as duchess you're halving your dps so the reprisal relic can be insane.
the better you get at duchess the more full combos you land and the more free restages you get on your best weapon anyway.
using spells is good too but if you want to meele dagger all the way. frost enchant makes killing any small enemies a breeze. if you get another good dagger you swap to it after freezing. dual wield moveset is worse so usually not worth it.

Eleonora is dogshit though?
The starter katana with Chilling Mist basically makes Executor great against all bosses other than Night Aspect.

And Heolstor specifically resists not just status, but also slash damage, while being weak to thrust, so you're better off with a random holy weapon or thrusting weapon than Rivers or Eleonora.
The ideal weapon would be an Antspur Rapier infused with Holy since he's vulnerable to rot.
