If your uma is going to be trained as a Medium distance Pace uma, then you need a lot of speed and a bit of stamina, like 3 speed, 1 stamina and 2 wit.
Now within those restrictions, look for support cards that have compatible skills with your uma, even if you have to dig for R support cards.

I usually run the SSR speed one you have plus the swimsuit horse in the middle with the Super Creek SSR you have. I don't have very many SSR or even SR cards atm. Usually I run 3 speed, 1 wit, and the last two are flex slots for either stam or power depending on the horse.
I first look to borrow or use a horse that makes all of my relevant distances A rank and the rest into speed sparks.
The actual training, I've been focusing on leveling bond for the first year or so and then aiming for rainbow training. If in the late game there's no rainbow, I'll run wit.

Yeah it might reduce the chance you'll get those skills or make it so they're slightly more sp to take, but getting more useful stats is important too in the long run. Personally I'd replace her with a wit card. Probably fine motion so you can get practice perfect. Her skills might not be perfectly applicable to Daiwa, but bringing a wit card will help you with energy management during training, gives a bump of spd, and gives you more sp so you can take more skills. Also more wit means better skill activation IIRC.
Also it might have been difficult to even find one at 0lb but if you can find a high lb or even a mlb suzuka friend, and some friends with good sparks if you haven't already, you should try to. If you check the top 100 rankings in team battle, it's a bit tedious but you can find some decent people to follow there.

Golshi really is the best girl! End-Chaser is by far my favorite running style as well. Nothing beats zooming past all the shitters on the last stretch. I also find her in particular much easier to build compared to pure speed builds. Striking a balance in stats gives you way more leeway when training

If you follow trainer with big speed sparks and it activated at least twice, you'll hit 1,2k easily.
I used a 8* speed sparks support and it gave me easy 90ish speed for free.

I can't say anything with certainty. Still learning myself. But End-Closers works best with a balanced stat-line. And in regards to the Card-build it makes training much more forgiving since you rarely get nothing, and you will buff some other needed stats no matter what you pick
