There are base costumes in this game and they work the same as their alts. More dupes the better. +1 is usually a skill point cost reduction, +5 is usually max power. This differs between people, since tanks and supports don't do insane damage. Tanks increase their bulk and Supports usually offer better buffs.

Swap out Lathel for Elpis (nun girl) or B-Helena and use her first in load order. Buffers rule this game.
Swap out Justia for current banner Teresse, likewise use her before your DPS.
Wilhelmina you can use if you like her, or swap her out for Venaka from pub to make Dalvi do more damage. Or whatever reposition unit you need depending on the fight.

tldr Slot in some buffers and Dalvi and Eclipse can oneshot the entire game for you.

He's no longer the core phys buffer. He's still good, but honestly it's up to you. Everything outside of Helena/Diana and +2 Levia is kinda whatever. You can get HLathel or grab extra Levia dupes to get her to +4. Rafina has phys vulnerability but she's kinda being phased out. Glutton Refi needs high dupes and a high dupe Bride costume to be useful. Loen is wife and a good fire DPS if you still need one.

No. He's relevant because Lathel has multiple costumes. One of which is a giga tier nuker. Whenever a wind fiend comes up, you usually roll with Lathel and Liberta together. Homo only costs 1sp for 90% attack buff and has a far longer duration that Liberta's attack buff. Freeing Lathel up to go on the offensive. Arines has been replaced by Liberta, only once Liberta is well invested at +3.

For DPS every dupe of good units like Sacred Justia and New Hire Nebris helps. Look for key dupe thresholds like +1 (-SP reduction), or ones that reduce skill cooldown.
It's a dupe reliant game, but they offset that with super generous gibs and the fact that you can actually craft very good gears for free.

Really depends on weak spot and hitbox/tile. You don't want to use Zenith on a FH/raid where the weak spot at the very front. Also they can make Justia to not hit as much tiles to water down her damage. Celia also hits like a wet noodle so on a FH/raid that's catered to single tile it's probably better to use Wilhelmina. Even if all of the above isn't true you'll still need units to fill in your 2nd/3rd teams.

Swap out Rou for Elpis until you get +4/5 B-Helena, then use her. Use her buff before your DPS.
You can keep Morp for reposition if you have her summer costume, if not replace her with a unit of choice. Venaka will work well with Dalvi and Teresse, you already have DJ and you can pickup Wind Dancer from the pub.
