Yeah, I tried the Daria variant of the deck and more often than not she just made your topdecks feel awful while also limiting what you could run in the deck. You either had to play more of the subpar Spellboost cards than you wanted or you just had to play her for 1-2 draws (sometimes zero). I think Rune is the most fun class because I like to draw lots of cards. Puppet is kinda boring. Artifact is fun fusing is a good mechanic and making the gundam is kino. I like ramp dragon more than aggro because making a really big guy is fun. Sword is really boring to play. I don’t like Forest because if you don’t get goodwin staff you run out of cards really fast and it feels bad. I like the drain mechanic in abyss I would play a control deck around drain and bane that sounds fun. Haven feels weird to play they don’t have enough healing and the storm version feels cheap to play.

I don't know about "hyper-efficient."
They give you two bodies, one being temporary, and can shoot something for 3 if you spend an evo point, but that's not much better than what some other crafts are dropping on the same curve. Salefa is a comparable card that sort of shuffles around the base effectiveness and evo effectiveness.
What really makes A&G good is that they do all of that and still Spellboost your hand, so there's no tempo loss. Typically, playing a follower would mean not Spellboosting (unless it's Miranda, evo'd William, or you're on Runeknight), but A&G get to be a good control tool that also furthers your plan in the long term.

Itself because it's harder to pilot, is more dependent on good sequencing, and can randomly just draw totally unplayable hands like Dragon or Haven.
It's a good deck, but it wants to high roll to really thrash Rune, Portal, or Sword otherwise it has a much tougher time and ends up being closer to a 50/50 match-up. Meanwhile, those three don't need to high roll to compete. Rune needs to high roll to really go off, but it has game even if you don't see the Anne > Anne > Kuon or Kuon > D-Climb > Kuon lines. Portal and Sword don't really care about high rolling at all because they play a much flatter game, but Puppet Portal sometimes just finds back-to-back Orchis and facerolls you while Sword just wants to curve out and out-tempo you.
Forest can just be agony to play because sometimes you just never find Roach or Godwood and are stuck playing for value with Glades and dropping Bayle just to survive.

Vs rune you're always wondering and worrying about how many 0-cost cards and followers they're going to pull out of their arse. You could literally be in a winning board state with a full board and the opponent at low HP and they can turn the game around by vomiting their hand, playing Dclimb and vomiting it again.

Rune doesn't have this weakness. The PP counter is merely a suggestion, their cards on hand are a joke and their HP can go from 5 to 20 in one turn so you never know what bullshit they'll pull. Will they brick? Will they chain two dimension climb on me? Will they storm my ass with a 20/20 storm or Satan Dclimb Dclimb? Nobody knows! And there is absolutely NOTHING I can do to prepare, counterplay or take countermeasures against because I have no clue what they'll pull out of their asses. Having tried it now I'm going to say something hated.
Rune is not a brain dead deck if you want to play optimally.
The games where rune cheats out a win is what makes it unfun to fight because its clear the run player was saved by the casino and not because he was managing his draw and removals well.
Dclimb is far more effective as a planned combo piece rather than something you simply slam down once it hits zero.
Also the deck folds to aggro so not sure it even needs a nerf despite being annoying to play against in certain matchups.
