As for your checkmarks question. I would keep multitalented, so you can 3 -> 4 to maximize 4 uptime, as that is where most/all of her damage comes from.
But you can really just do whatever with her, as long as you keep her ult up with 34k HP.
Could replace Skill expansion with maximize range, as you don't need her skill power for shooting.
You can also replace Stim Acceleration with HP amplification then, as you don't need much shield anymore.
I'm currently at 34k HP with 2 purple and 2 blue HP core rolls.

New player here. What did you guys do with the loot as you progress through normal difficulty? I'm constantly reaching max storage and have to dissmantle every duplicate weapon (not the ultimates of course) before every mission. Did you keep 1 copy of every weapon at all times or just dismantled everything? I know the weapons have proficiency and eventually I will end up using them to rank up account level, but not sure if that's something I should be worring about in late game.
As for the rest, so far so good, already cooking Freyna, Glen and Sharen.
