I use maximize duration and MP collector. If you want to fly more, cost reduction would work instead of collector probably (maximize conservation I guess).
As for your checkmarks question. I would keep multitalented, so you can 3 -> 4 to maximize 4 uptime, as that is where most/all of her damage comes from.
But you can really just do whatever with her, as long as you keep her ult up with 34k HP.
Could replace Skill expansion with maximize range, as you don't need her skill power for shooting.
You can also replace Stim Acceleration with HP amplification then, as you don't need much shield anymore.
I'm currently at 34k HP with 2 purple and 2 blue HP core rolls.

New player here. What did you guys do with the loot as you progress through normal difficulty? I'm constantly reaching max storage and have to dissmantle every duplicate weapon (not the ultimates of course) before every mission. Combine that with firing fiesta + 2 fire rate cores and weak point mods so you can shit out millions of dps for 3 seconds after fiesta proc.
For mobs you don't need weak point stats because on Serena they just die to bodyshots.
