Impossible to tell really. The only ship to ship combat I've seen were between unfinished low poly models on some Bot planets. However It should be noted that whenever a planet is attacked or under occupation we seem to immediately gain orbital superiority. The RR is arguably our strongest anti-tank support weapon, but a lot of the time I feel like the game simply doesn't throw enough tank-class targets at us and we're better off running something else that grants the option to run a backpack stratagem.

For the bugs, often the EAT provides plenty of AT for killing the odd bile titan or charger. The EAT provides double duty in that its low cooldown drop pod is capable of closing bile titan holes. Technically ANY hellpod can, but EAT has the shortest hellpod cooldown.

For a new player on the bot front, I'd recommend using the Auto-cannon as your support weapon. This will handily deal with most targets. The odd tank can be killed via stuff like Eagle Strafing run and Orbital Precision Strike. Strafing run's bullets are mostly tightly concentrated at the start of the run, so get the beacon close to the tank to maximize the amount of firepower hitting the roof.

I don't remember what levels that things unlock, but again Eagle Strafing run and OPS are early unlocks and both wreck bot tanks. For factory striders, depending on the situation you want to either focus fire its weakpoints immediately or defang its weapons and then kill the weakpoints more leisurely. Notable weakpoints:
>its belly doors
prioritize attacking one single door. This is its most fragile point, but getting into position to shoot it can be hazardous.
>it's "Eye"
The FS's head is composed of an inner head surrounded by an armored helmet. There are gaps in this helmet that make the inner head vulnerable from all sides, but the largest hole in the armor is situated around the red "eye" of the FS. An RR can kill a FS with one hit to the inner head this way. Other AT weapons inflict slightly less damage than RR, and need 2 hits to kill an FS this way.

Anti-tank strikes to the outer armored shell can break the shell and more extensively expose the inner head. When the shell is broken, it's possible to line up eagle strafing runs that strike the head for a lot of damage.

Like the head, each leg is composed of an inner leg surrounded by an armored shell. The most exposed part of the inner leg is the foot, but knee joints are vulnerable too. Each leg has its own HP pool, but destroying one will kill the strider. Sometimes the foot is easier to hit compared to the head since the head moves around more. It will just barely take 2 RR hits to the foot to kill it.

If you can't immediately score a killing blow, then attack its minigun "fangs". Destroying them removes most of the FS's ability to be a threat.

This is a clip depicting how a FS can be quickly killed by combining an AT weapon with the Pyrotech "sparkler" grenades from the master of ceremony warbond. The sparkler grenade throws out sparks that inflict AP5 damage. Technically a large enough pile of sparklers are capable of destroying a FS' foot on their own. But in this clip I used the quasar cannon to remove most of the foot's HP, and then tossed a pair of sparklers to finish the foot off. One probably would have been sufficient, but sparklers are a bit autistic and individually unreliable due to their tendency to be kicked around by enemies.

As much as I like the sparklers, the master of ceremony warbond is overall one of the weaker ones and you arguably have more pressing ones to unlock first. I just wanted to show that combining an AT attack with AP4+ weapons can quickly achieve lethal against the foot.

These days I mostly just run medium unflinching. It's halfway between medium and heavy armor in terms of survivability, which I think lets me survive a decent number of one-shot kills. The unflinching effect is convenient, and I like the map scan. Sometimes I'll swap to heavy siege ready for the extra ammo. If someone is running the teamkiller 9000 guard dog, I'll consider swapping to arc damage resist armor.

I think mega bug nest is pretty easy without the heavy nest. As soon as you take that out, it's easy, just an extra big nest. However, if you leave it for last, then it's none stop heavy.
Bot fortress can provide a better challenge because you have to methodically take out all of the cannon and turrets and also have to worry about the detector tower if it has one.
