The real answer is "Whatever character you like and use". I would say avoid Hag Navi's and China Girl's since their 4* are good enough to not need a 5* until you're just getting them all, and give particular consideration to Ice girl and Wind Guy since they are the biggest jumps over their 4*, but the best weapon won't do you any good if that character is not on your team and leveled up and everything

The weapon gacha is honestly one of the best versions of it.
It's cheaper by 33% than character pulls and requires 10 less pity. You choose 3 weapons, one "dream pick" and two others. You then have a 50% chance of the dream pick, and if you fail that, a 50/50 representing the other two weapons you chose.
If you have Joker's weapon as the dream pick, then put Marian and Yuis as the other 2, you are guaranteed to get one of those 3 weapons

I think it's level 10 and level 30 or something. I still have a fair bit of coffee leftover too, but I'm saving it for hitting 50. The amount of exp you get from your 4 dailies is massive, easily the biggest source of it besides one-time progress exp.

Because the chink version has already been around for a long time, we already know who's meta and who isn't. If you don't care about endgame content and the currency rewards from it, you can play with whoever you want and still progress the main storyline. If you want to do endgame content you will have to build specific teams and be very careful with limited currency in order to get "must-pulls" like Chord, Ange, Futaba later. Right now the best thing you can do if you care about that is reroll for Joker (Rin is basically his support early game, but she drops off hard later, while Joker does not) and grab as many Anns as you can get.

The "defeat the last two enemies in 1 turn with gun damage"? It feels like a case of bad translation. I've tried several things and can't get it triggered. For one thing, that last battle has 4 enemies, and it's literally impossible (without maybe being level 80 which isn't feasible) to kill them all with gun damage in 1 turn. I tried to just save the two who are weak to gun and just kill them in 1 turn, but that didn't work either.

Any help is appreciated.
