I was going through the various portraits just cuz now they're all in high-quality, and I noticed a detail I've never noticed before - some of the portraits are slightly animated to go up and down a bit to mimic breathing as their halos go up and down. It's really just important to read those things before volume F, but realistically you should stick to reading one thing instead of jumping between them.
