Removal of all the access HUD elements. Hit or miss for me. It's a shame Forest has like 90% of the endemic life and fishes. The rest of the maps feel very lifeless in comparison.
A lot of the QoL features fuck with the immersion, I also hate how video gamey the map is. For a game meant to take place in uncharted territory, there is awfully little the game lets you find on your own.

The immersion is at its best when you just roam around on foot trying to see what you can find, but the game very rarely rewards that kind of exploration outside of a few camp locales that don't show up on the map until you find them.
