Triple Skadi is a useful option yes (Oberon has more 3rd wave damage but Skadi provides more NP gain, crits and a more consistent damage at waves 1~2). CQ's or quests that do not allow a support are a thing, the incomning OC multi-party quests will start around september and having both Skadis will help plenty.
