I have dHina, Mika, sHanako, Kuroko, and Kisaki at max skills, max equips, and max level (albeit all but dHina are 3*, Hina is 4*). Is it just a grind in itself to get upgrades for other students, whether that's exp books, skill materials, or whatever else? In Japanese version its called the Adult Card, to not be confused with a credit card. Also pyroxene in Japanese is written in a way so it could be read as "miracle(kiseki)". You are collecting miracles through your bonds with students. Anyone that read volume 3 knows what the adult card does as well.

The thing that undid Hoshino's contract was sensei not signing the contract, since he's the advisor of the club, she can't quit the club without the signature of a guardian. A theme throughout the game is that students are super powerful, they can lift several tons and run super fast, but their weakness is always "Adult stuff"; contracts, beurocracy, controlling emotions, making rational decisions, legal shit, laws, all fake bullshit that only adults understand. The students are good at acting on their emotions or acting on their intuition, but they always run into problems when they run into adult things. Hoshino for example is super strong, but she gave herself up on a bad contract because no matter how strong she is, she's a stupid kid who doesn't understand contracts. Sensei's role in this game is to navigate the adult shit that the kids can't comprehend; sensei actually read the contract and realized a loophole in the contract to invalidate it. Hoshino couldn't sign off on the contract on her own without the club advisor approving it.

Showing Blacksuit his adult card was more of a threat among associates, its something black suit respected; blacksuit is saying sensei may be correct but does he have the power to see through his ideals. The Adult card shows Blacksuit that sensei isn't all talk, he has enough to back up his words with actions.

Biblical forgiveness isn't about whether they deserve it, for everyone is a sinner. But the lord forgives, Saori sought mercy, and sensei forgave her without question, not even holding a grudge for a second. Its the answer to the sixth koan, as sensei says "if you believe its panties then its panties". How do you know someone's intentions if you cannot know them absolutely. The answer was faith, you can only bridge the gap with faith. Sensei believes in his students, he believed in his heart that Mika had good reasons and good intentions, he believed Saori as well was a good person deep down, so he was ready to forgive without question. Everyone else in the story suffered from a lack of faith, a lack of trust, a lack of communication which caused them to distrust each other. Sensei effectively shows us a perfect example of forgiveness.
Mika as well reaches the same conclusion eventually. At first she hates Arius because its not fair that they got away with it, she sees it as cheap, but ultimately its a better ending if they are saved. And she realizes that judging saori would mean she would judge herself, if you can't forgive someone else you can't be forgiven either.

I also bring up how Saori effectively got away with everything occasionally, but I admit the writing for it was likely perfect. It wasn't meant to leave you fully satisfied, but that's also one of the good parts. Biblical forgiveness isn't about whether its fair, whether they deserved it, its about just forgiving, in the end realizing that its a better ending if they're forgiven and saved. Even if they did bad things they deserved to be saved as well, whether they suffered for it in the end wouldn't have changed the answer, sensei skips the question entirely and simply forgives.

Something you learn quickly with this gacha; most students are permanent, they aren't limited. Toki, maid momoi, maid midori, none of them are limited units, you can roll them whenever. Even seasonal units are often permanent here. Its much more rare for students to be limited in this game than other games.
