4 COST spawn immediately and infinitely. They do not require plates or going through another person's world once you finish of your own. Using a modifier on them is fucking lazy ass behavior. Kuro fucking bringing back multi-set drop on new overworld bosses wasn't fucking warranted. It didn't need any nerfing because they spawned faster now. This shit could already be done on Dreamless, Jue and Hecate. Hell, it even happens when there's an early access to a boss. And it wasn't a fucking issue. So there's literally no fucking justification for them making us waste those modifiers on a 4 COST.

3 COST are finite in your world and have horrible rates because of how many permutations you can end up with. THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD BE FUCKING USING THOSE MODIFIERS.

1 COST are finite but way easier to farm that 3 COSTs just as long as you farm those that aren't belonging to more than 2 sets. If you use a modifier here, you should consider killing yourself.

Not really. Statistically, the way wuwa selects its substats is much more forgiving due it its one and done nature. You only need to hit crit%/crit dam once per echo. The substats also aren't as heavily weighted so getting double crit isn't that hard.

Whereas in HSR, you can get crit/crit damage on a piece (you can only select 2 stats per juiced selector) but you may still get a natural 3 line, which is already not optimal. Then you need to roll 4+ times into crit/crit damage which if you take into account the weighted substats, is already a <5% chance. Getting a 3-4 line echo is much easier than getting a 4+ hitter in the other game. And ZZZ doesn't even have substat selector so the main stat picker is pointlessly rare there.

Well S2 is technically free here. If you've been playing since launch, you probably could have purchased ~3-4 dupes from the shop.

Most people will push you to only get S0 anyways because the kits are pretty complete and the sequences tend to just be damage increases or QoL. The closest sequence I'd argue is worth it is Cantarella because she gets knocked out of her big blast from ANYTHING, which is mega-annoying. But the slight inconveniences for a character are what make pulling off the rotation mid-battle satisfying.

I've warmed up to Prydwen over time. Yes they have their horrible takes, but you can still derive good nuggets of wisdom from them while ignoring the bad. New player here, I just finished the Somnium Labyrinth questline and now I'm going to do what seems to be the continuation of it, Dreaming Deep.
I'm a bit confused with the quest description though, it says that I received a contact from both Ivory and Ebony Gatekeepers. At the end of the Somnium Labyrinth questline we seemed to have pissed the Ebony one off and now I'm wondering why he seems to want to be buddies again. I'm wondering if there was some quest I missed that happens in between Somnium Labyrinth and Dreaming Deep, or it really is just the direct continuation and they're going to explain things as soon as I touch the quest.
