Next Trial is the trial of thunder and we have to scale a mountain while lightning crashes around us. But Indra's Vajra brats have vanished, and Indra doesn't know where they went and also doesn't care either.
At the summit we find Raikou and the brats. Turns out they went on their own and reconfigured Raikou into more of a Berserker to kill Vritra. Indra doesn't mind since if they're doing it for him, it's no big deal.
The problem against Raikou is that she is fighting with full killing intent, but since she's Chaldea's Raikou, we have to hold back. The lightning crashing around us is also a problem, but City uses her NP to become a lightning rod and take the brunt of the lightning. After that, we're able to defeat Raikou.
Afterwords, City prepares to leave, momentarily satisfied by us praising her, but wants her payment from Indra: a chance to visit his divine city. Indra says "of course I'll take you there," and City happily leaves. As soon as she's gone, Indra throws in a "...if I can find the time"
Raikou comes to her senses and identifies Indra as Taishakuten, but it seems to be a touchy subject. Vritra calls Indra a sex pest, but Indra denies that and states that he has no feeli gs for Raikou because she feels more like a niece.
Afterwords, Indra lets the Vajra kusogaki to continue to fuck around since everything they do is ultimately for Indra anyways.
The next Trial will be the final one.

Titty Alter was obviously there as a foil for Mordred, but Tesla could have been an effective foil to Fran, and to a lesser extent Kintoki showing up.
