Joking aside, usually having a multi hit close heavy isn't a good thing. You can't link multi hit close heavy into close heavy as you usually can with single hit close heavies, that's a very high damage loss. And the benefit of easier hit confirms don't really apply here due to the cH CH slowdown effect.
Also I think there's some shenanigans about cancelling multi hit moves and how they work in some combos but I'm not entirely sure.
Of course, this is for cHs, Yuel's fM does not apply and I can't see a single downside for that button, it is pretty agreed upon that her fM is insane.

I lost to the same 2B like 3 sets, i lost to one guy that just swapped character twice, Vane, Vira, Beatrix and Vikala.
Some of they werent that good but i still lost, it feels bad. I know they are better and i dont care about it but it makes me a bit annoyed or makes me feel bad because i feel like i cant do much.

Knowing when to BC is important, and I'd say you should add RS to your offense particulaly when you have install up and the opponent is much less likely to mash. Another thing that might help is learning strings that space you out enough to install safely; e.g. either 236L or 236M (not sure which) will push the opponent far back enough to 5U from a max spacing f.M and be safe against MOST characters. Learning how to improve your install upkeep will let you walk all over ignorant players and put fear into patient players.
