>>530197908The acceleration might definitely be an issue for some people really but coming from Granblue and also some Hoyo games I do definitely think the managing of systems is done way better, both with the sparking of characters and also the pick tickets because being able to use a pick ticket on a character you like, getting it and being able to use it right off the bat is really nice unlike in some Hoyo games where you not only have to roll and hope you win the pity on the character you need/want, you also have to roll for the constellations for it otherwise it'll always eat shit at the endgame stuff. A counterargument is the fact that the support cards exist but I do think it's generally a bit better than what the systems are in these other gacha nowadays really.

In the training UI, on the top left it will show Junior/Classic/Senior Year.
During Junior, focus on leveling friendship on as many Umas as you can.
During Classic, focus on stats, don't look at the amount of Umas unless they help you on attaining your stat goals. Guts is a stat you can ignore.
During Senior, focus on closing in on your stat goals and do G1/G2 races when your energy is low. Following this should easily get you a B+ or even an A rank Uma if your support cards are good.

So for example, normally you'd build for a medium final, but Arima is long and it has its own stat requirements. For Mihono and well, practically everyone else that has to do that race as well you want to have your speed be 800, your stamina be 500 minimum, your power be 600 minimum, and try to have 400 wit. Guts is not very important anywhere but it does need to be over 300 for Arima Kinen for some ungodly reason.
Just try to average everything out and also remember to try and get corner maestro and breath of fresh air if you can. Those are very important on Kinen.
